We are terribly sorry for not returning your call to schedule an estimate. It was never our intention and after review do realize that we made a mistake with our scheduling. BB's Bricks feels terrible, we aim to make each and everyone of our customers fully satisfied and we did not get the chance to show that to you first hand. Understandably as a customer we are aware that you are displeased with are failing to call you back and would like you to know that we are as well. This is not acceptable to our standards and if given the chance we would do anything in our power to prove this including a discount, free service, forefront placement for estimate and work or a combination of these. If this is something you would consider please feel free to call at any time and we will be glad to resolve this inconvenience. We really appreciate the review that Bill left for BB's Bricks. We would just like to clarify for anyone reading the review on the B grade left for price. Bills original quote was for $575.00 and we performed the work for $400.00, a difference of $175.00 that was deducted in order to please the customer. Bill said that he was more than satisfied with everything, hired our company and said he wasn't even going to get other estimates. Bill was a great customer and I hope to help with any future projects he may have.

I would like to address for the record that we were able to give Jason an estimate within days of his initial call. This is not always easy with the amount of work being performed during and especially towards the end of the season. I pride myself on responding to each and every customer as best I can. Jason left one message that did not get received until the following week. This is a rarity. I immediately called and was told that the work had already been handled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, as with each customer we would have been happy to complete the work.
