Procuring the new stone took slightly longer than expected, but overall the process went smoothly, Chris kept me informed at every step in the process, and the result is excellent. I am very pleased, and would definitely contract BB's Bricks for any brickwork I need in the future!

I want to start by saying I had 6 different companies come and look at the work I needed done, and none of them were near the same price. It went all over. Brian and BB's Bricks was not the cheapest, but after talking with him, he made me feel the most confident on what they can do for me and how they would do it. He was very informative about every step they would take and what the costs and hidden cost could be. Brian walked me through every step of the process, calling me and letting me know if something was not going the way it was supposed to. None of which was their fault, it was my house. Which based on other work I had already done, did not surprise me. It seemed my house of a DYI nightmare for most of the previous repairs. With each new issue, which he warned me about all of them before we even started the work, he talked me through it, and what cost it would be before doing anything. I kind of felt bad for them because every issue that could have come up did. They took care of some of them that were simple enough to do without even charging me. In the end they had to rebuild the interior wall of my brick porch, replace an entire all, half of the side, put in a new piece of sidewalk, and two steps on the front. They put a half circle cement are to connect two sidewalks where they also put in 3 steps for me. On the back of my house, they were supposed to replace about 15 bricks and do some tuck-pointing, as well as raise and secure 2 steps. Well, they ended up rebuilding the entire wall on the back and doing tuck-pointing on the areas of the house around the porch and back door, and replacing the steps as well as laying a new concrete pad for them to sit on. The work was done with a quality I still cannot believe. I watched them work for a while and it is like watching an art piece come together. I have had multiple people comment on how it looks. It passed city inspection without hesitation. These guys are dedicated to doing a great job and I was lucky to find them. Their price was more than fair, and the quality of the work they did cannot be beat. They patched a few things that they noticed without asking just because it was there in front of them and they were doing work around it anyway. Brian and his crew are very busy and he warned me about that, yet he replied to every inquiry I had and even came out on a Saturday just to finish the job. I would recommended him (and have) to anyone and if I have any other issues with my brickwork on my house, he will be the only one that I call!

Better than we could have ever hoped for. The brick matched our existing brick to perfection and you can't even tell where the old brick meets the new brick. Both Chris and Brian were very communicative and not presumptuous on any and all aspects of the job. The area was spotlessly clean, they left no scraps of any debris or old brick, etc. BB's Bricks was a referral from a close friend who used them and highly recommended them. We would 100% recommend BB's Bricks.

We could not have asked for more thorough or professional service. When he did the estimate, he didn't try to pressure us into a huge renovation- he showed us what he thought was necessary and gave us good advice. His bid was reasonable and the work was done in a single day by his partner and another workman.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It did come out good and nothing seemed to be broken, so it was a good job. The chimney seems to work and it looks quite clean. Their responsiveness was very satisfactory.

Understandably had a hard time getting a hold of him to get a quote but after we got that worked out they were great to deal with. They did a great job and went above and beyond what I had expected of them. I am very happy with them and will be using them again to do the rest of my basement windows.

I was very pleased with Brian and Chris. They came out promptly for the estimate and completed the work in a very timely manner also. They were very knowledgeable and provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend them. My house has a gambrel roof and is over 100 years old which makes it more difficult to work on and they did a great job.

Workmanship is top quality and cannot be distinguished from original brickwork. The area was left neat and clean.

Everything went according to plan. BB's Bricks warrantied their work and I feel all the issues were fixed. I believe if for some reason something happens down the road BB's Bricks would address the issues.

Two masonry workers Chris and Sean were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to rebuild the firebox and from what I can tell, didn't cut any corners. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing an accurate quote on a fireplace repair in comparison to anyone else in the area.

Here is an email I sent to the owner Brian after the work was complete- Brian Everything about the experience was as you told me it would be. Your guys are skilled and conscientious. As with many things, you really see what people are made of when there are issues that spring up. In our case, as you probably know, there was electrical wire damage that occurred when cutting into the existing bricks. Your crew handled it professionally and even came back yesterday to take back out a couple bricks and re-fix one side of the electrical that they thought was right last week but was not. They did not hesitate, they did not even scowl. They came back and they fixed it with a smile. Businesses always come down to the people in them- congratulations on running a customer service oriented business. It is increasingly rare these days. The one thing I did have my eyes open to is how much work is really involved in doing what you guys do. The manual, hard labor that is involved and in inclement weather is more than I or probably most people realize. Also, it is very noisy! Obviously, nothing can be done about that- if you’re going to cut and hammer at bricks and mortar, it going to be loud. The finished product is really, really good. You told me early on that you are very proud of your work and you should be. If anyone ever questions your prices, hold your ground- the value is there. Thanks for a fine job overall.

It was an overall great experience working with Brian and his company! His prices were fair and his work turned out fantastic! I would highly recommend BB's bricks and I plan to call him if I have any other brick or concrete issues in the future!

Brian Borsa was full of knowledge and professionalism. Brian and his crew came over to repair the tuck pointing underneath a window sill as well as a stair-step crack. Through the process Brian showed me what he was doing and why, and essentially taught me how to do the job myself. I would absolutely recommend BB's Bricks to anyone in need of brick work!

BB's Bricks were very professional throughout the whole removal of the chimney which was about 40ft total. They even removed an extra 8ft of chimney and still completed the project on time. They were very reasonable on their price. Their workmanship was excellent. They were able to start the job within one week of me contacting them. They were on time the day they started the job. They also cleaned up well afterwards. I would highly recommend BB's Bricks to anyone who is in need of any chimney service.

BB's arrived on time and was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided excellent work at a competitive price. In fact, I noticed an area I wanted touched-up a couple of days after the job was completed. I called and they returned promptly and addressed the issue in the same excellent manner as before. BBs Bricks did an excellent job. Brian and his crew were very professional from the very begging. Brian put me on his schedule and kept me up date on when the work would be preformed. No surprises here, just a good job by a very consensus company. I highly recommend BBs Bricks.

The job went very well, it was done ahead of the original schedule when the had an unexpected re-schedule of another job. It was completed in parts of 2 days, crew was friendly and cleaned up after they completed the job.

Brian was polite and professional. Took a little longer than I expected to wait for his available schedule after his estimate. But he told me ahead and kept me update via email. I had another estimafe that put his higher but it was reasonable after the 10% member discount. Finished the work last week and the new and old bricks blended well.

Didn't have it done. The estimate was ridiculously expensive.
