It went very well. I began talking to Brian last fall and he came out and did a thorough walkthrough to check out the problem areas. He followed up with a detailed quote that included a worst-case scenario. The home is a 40+ year old reclaimed brick ranch. We got with him early this season to book the work, which involved: -Tuckpointing service throughout the house (750 joints and 30-40 replaced bricks) -A full chimney rebuild as it was most cost effective to rebuild once several courses of brick were repaired/replaced -Completion of stone work on a large raised front porch, that was previously worked on Although it took awhile to get things off the ground, including delivery of materials to complete the porch, we couldn't be happier with the results. Brian's team got right on things and the quality of work on all projects was worth the wait. They really sweated the details, made sure things were solid and straight, and the results came out better than expected. Additionally, Brian worked with us to come to a compromise on the materials and design on the porch to work within our budget, which was key. He worked extensively with my wife and was very hands-on and professional throughout the process. He really treated us well. Brian and his team are busy, and it did take awhile to get to the finished product. However, we felt that we truly got more than we paid for, and Brian's openness to ideas attitude really turned this into a winner for us.

The company did a great job. They worked through the rain and crazy weather , did some extra work for us including tuckpointing several areas that had cracks. The costs were competitive to other companies . I would highly recommend the company for brick work.

The owner took the time to explain in detail the work that needed to be done. I was under a time constraint and he fix me into his schedule quickly. I received 3 estimates and his price was right in line with the others. Decided to go with him because of the time and honesty he took with me. Would definitely recommend him to others.

The workers showed up on time. They were professional, polite and worked very hard carrying 5 gallon buckets of cement up and down the scaffolding. After the work was completed they cleaned everything up and put all the patio furniture back.

Everything went great , the work was done in a timely and efficient way, also very neat and tidy clean up

The owner called and set up my appointment for the cleaning, The guys showed up on time cleaned the fireplace and gave me some useful tips. I would recommend the company and use them again.

As new homeowners without any experience with work of this nature, the entire experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. Brian came over for the initial estimate in a timely manner and was very kind and upbeat about the whole job. He assisted us in the design of the patio, gave us options for stones we could use, explained the positives/negatives of polyumeric sand vs **** and gave us different quotes based on different sizes. Here's the thing with Brian - his communication is/was impeccable. He let us know the obstacles he could face throughout the job (you never know what you could find when excavating in the backyard of a 100 year old home!) and he even assisted in giving us recommendations for the removal of a tree stump which he didn't need to do! He was patient with us while we made our decision which was nice, it's great to work with someone who wants the customer (me!) to be happy instead of someone who only wants to make a buck! He gave us an estimate for how long it would take, and he was spot on about it, communicating with us at the end of each day to let us know where the project stood, this was over-the-top. Most crews would just leave without any updates. Him and his crew (Chris and Sean) were an absolute delight to have at our home. Very kind and respectful gentlemen. This was a very important aspect of our decision to go with BB's Bricks as we both work during the day, so we wanted to make sure that the guys working on our property would be respectful of not only our property, but our neighbors as well. They were very professional from beginning to end. Fantastic guys. The end result is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous patio. About 600 SQ Feet. All of our guests fall in love with it immediately. The quality is top notch and the design turned out exactly how we were envisioning after Brian drew it up for us. I cannot say it enough - BB's Bricks is the REAL deal. Brian and crew are an absolute joy to work with. For anyone contemplating on who to use, take my word - use these guys. They are the best in the business. Brian and company did an excellent job, and was creative, he understood what I wanted and made it beautiful.

Brian and his team did a great job. They completed the work quickly, matched our brick color perfectly, and the price was fair. Brian offered some great advice and didn't try to sell us on unnecessary extras that other companies tried to push.

Brian and his team did a great job. They replaced some bricks at the front and back of our house and they match perfectly. The waterproofing is also holding up - there have been no issues. They were quick, friendly, and respectful of our time and schedules. Brian is honest and prices his services fairly. We'd definitely hire him again and would refer him to others.

The owner Brian was wonderful to work with! He was prompt in answering my call back and was beyond willing to help us get a dead animal out of chimney when other companies placed us on an over 2 month wait list. The guys that came to the house to do the work were very friendly and courteous. They were thorough yet quick. Great company to work with!

Pretty good, a glass brick window was broken (but only on the inside so they nor myself noticed it for about a week) Alterted them of the window and they came back promptly and dealt with it. Bricks themselves look wonderful and would easily hire BB's again if I ever need more brickwork.

They did an excellent job. Replaced the cap and chase plate and cleaned up the rust stains from the old chase plate.

EXCELLENT HAD IT ALL DONE AND CLEANED UP IN 3 DAYS, UNDER THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS STATED FOR JOB CHRIS AND HIS CREW ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY HARDLY SCARED MY CAT AT ALL :) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN
