I called several places before settling on BB's Bricks to do this pretty small job. Brian returned my call promptly and made it very clear what he would do. Time was important because the step had caved in and was a hazard. Brian got to the house the afternoon I called, filled the hollow space and made the step look as good as new. He texted me a picture of his work since the work was at a rental property. His price was very competitive and he was nothing but professional and courteous. He made me aware of another couple of concrete steps that will need attention before too long, but he made ti clear it wasn't urgent and he was not pushy. I certainly plan to use BB's Bricks again when it's time to fix those steps, or any other concrete or related jobs I have. It's a pleasure to have swift, good, fairly priced work done on a small job without having to feel pressure to have additional work done "while we're out there." Though small in scope, this job was a big deal to me and they treated it that way. Smart business owners know that small jobs done well lead to more and bigger jobs.

Brian arrived on time the day he said he would, after calling first. They (his three crew) were here about four hours. They did a professional job. Brian is very polite and knowledgeable about brickwork. They did a great job, cleaned up everything, no mess at all. I will use them again!

It went great. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and did a outstanding job cutting the opening. The door fit perfect in the cutout. They stayed after and cleaned the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of brickwork done.

Brian is great at getting back to you and I appreciated his promptness, even though he was in the middle of his busiest time of year. He offered a great price because I'm a repeat customer and he checked everything out for us. We hadn't had our chimney cleaned in the 7 years we'd been in our home because the fireplace was not used prior to us moving in. Brian said it was just time for a cleaning because creosote had just begun to form. He came over and was in and out pretty quickly. He covered our fireplace area with blankets to keep everything clean. We will continue to use Brian in the future!

Excellent repair of several cracked bricks on my house. I'm a very, very picky person and the job was done perfectly. Identical brick match and clean brick masonry job. No negatives at all. Very reasonable price. Recommend BB's Bricks to anyone who needs a brick mason.

Brian was very professional from the start. I called several companies for estimates and his was, by far, the most thorough. I have been burned by contractors in the past, but Brian took the time to provide a very detailed estimate and explained everything to me. His price was similar to others, but he did give me an Angie's List discount, which was nice and saved me quite a bit of money. He called in to confirm the job after I agreed to a price and then he kept me updated with what time he would be over with his crew to do the work. I was beyond impressed. The work was VERY good quality, and thorough. They didn't leave a trace when they left - just what looks like a brand new porch and very solid brick and cement work. He caught and repaired things every I overlooked. I think he is a perfectionist - a good quality to have when doing home repairs. I have been burned so many times by shoddy work, people who show up for only half of the job, or contractors who underestimate a job only to charge more in the end. None of this happened using BB Bricks. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Used Brian to repair my mother-in-laws chimney cap and bricks. He responded very quickly with a quote and told us right up front that he was busy with other jobs but that this was not a dangerous or critical situation. He said he'd come and do the work when he was next in the area, which was fine with us. He called us once to let us know that he had not forgotten about the job to reassure us. He called after the job had been completed to communicate with us that he had done the job and that all was well. Appreciated his honesty and follow-thru.

I contacted two masonry places, one was a recommendation from a friend and Brian was from Angie's List. I never heard back from the other place, but Brian contacted me back right away and was professional from the start. He gave me a great price and told me he'd let me know when he was in my area to complete the work. Over the weekend, he left me a voicemail telling me he'd be out this week and that he'd give me a call when he was heading over to our house. This morning he called and although he didn't require that I meet him there, I did because I had a question about the inside of the vent. He answered my questions professionally and courteously and he and one other guy had the job done in about an hour. The brick he brought works perfectly with our brick and they did a great job. He's coming back after the masonry is set to wash off any remaining chalkiness. I'm so glad I found Brian and I'm really pleased with the whole experience.

They showed up on time, they did exactly what they said they would do. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. The chimney looks terrific. Whenever we need any brick work done around our home, I'll call BB's Bricks first.

Brian and his crew did a good job, worked quickly, cleaned up prior to leaving and had a good price. One contractor quoted me 4x as much as Brian. Overall I have no complains only positive remarks and I would recommend them if you need any brick work done on your home.

We had Brian (owner) come out to provide an estimate for the requested work. The estimate was provided onsite at that time. Once a date was agreed upon for the work to begin, there was good contact to confirm date and time, with a call when he was on his way. When onsite, the work was reviewed and begun. First, the steps were removed and placed aside for later use. Front landscaping was cautiously cared for with tarps. All the crumbling, existing brick was removed. Then, the new matched brick was laid with levels and straight edges, aligning to the mortar joints on the front of the house. At the end of the day, all broken pieces were meticulously picked up and removed from the site. The steps were reset in place. Brian was onsite the entire day, working alongside the others. 24 hours later, Brian returned to acid wash the brick, mortar joints and steps to clean away all excess mortar. He then backfilled to the new brick and straightened landscaping.

Things went really well, actually better than expected. Estimate was given to me the day after I called and service was performed 2 days after the estimate. Quick turnaround time. They came over when I was at work and had the job fininshed by the time I got home. Very professional and accomodating. I needed work to be done quickly as I changed Insurance providers and the chimney did not pass inspection. After getting my estimate, I talked to the company and everything in the estimate was explained in full detail so that I could understand what exactly needed to be done and the reasons why. Made me feel very comfortable in choosing this company because they made me feel comfortable and confident in the services and work I was paying for. I would highly recommend BB's Bricks and will use them for furture needs. I would also, and already have referred their services to friends and family. Overall, great experience.
