Description of Work: After reviewing our old wiring, Rader identified the need to update the circuit breaker box (which an internet search verified) and upgrade our feed to the house. They completed the work over two days. Timing and price were as quoted, no surprises. They arranged the subsequent city inspection, which was approved, also no surprises. Description of Work: The electrician's main task was to install a 110v receptacle for my kitchen range switchover from electric to gas. Chris suggested a cost-saving way to accomplish this. In the same visit he also installed a pendant lighting fixture over the kitchen table. Quick and efficient.

Description of Work: I initially contacted the company for electrical problems that my mother in law was having on a home she was purchasing. We had contacted several companies and she was just not happy or impressed. She then contacted Shel directly and he came right over and even fixed a few problems without even charging her! He took the time to go through the entire house, including attic, to look at all the visible wiring. He made recommendations about things that needed to be changed right away and things she could wait to have done. My mother in law wrote it all down, but within a few hours, she had a detailed report of the electical system in her whole house!! Wow is all I can say! I have been a landlord for many years and I don't think I've ever found anyone as thorough! My mother in law was so impressed, that she's been telling everone and she plans to have work done to her new home very soon!
