They responded to my inquiry quickly and scheduled the work very quickly. One the first day, the workers were able to take the old carpet out and complete all the framing. All the workers were very polite and did quality work. Matt was great about keeping me up to date as to the work that was going to be performed. The work was completed in 2 weeks with great quality. They were careful and very clean. We were very pleased will all the work. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to everyone.

I spoke to "Ryan" requesting someone contact me for an estimate. I was not asked for any information other than my name and phone number and was assured someone would be in touch soon. This company had no idea if I had $100 or $10,000 worth of work. I never received a return call. Meanwhile The Drywall Lady promptly returned my call, provided me with an estimate and completed my job all within a week. Your loss Multi Drywall, return your phone calls!

Prep work and cleanup was outstanding. Patches look great as well as the installed walls and ceiling in new den. Very polite.

The job had to be started a couple days later than initially agreed upon, however, once they started they were very efficient and even worked weekends to get the job done quickly. We have an architectural accent shelf along one wall in the great room and they did a fantastic job adding drywall to that framing. There was a giant seam where the hallway meets the ceiling we vaulted in the kitchen and they made the connection flawless. The quality of the work is excellent. They were very detail-oriented and the finished walls and ceiling are perfect.

Show up on time and we're very friendly. Work was done to our home and we are very pleased. We will call again if needed.

Vendor initially unwilling to do free quote on weekend or evening. I am not able to take time off work for just a quote. Vendor made it work for me for estimate. I am now waiting for an updated quote from them without the painting.

I cannot recommend them enough! We received response from them very promptly, received our quote promptly, and work started extremely promptly as well (I would say, all happened within a week). We did have a little mishap, and our drywall was put up without the insulation, due to our house being mixed up with another on our street. It was an honest mistake, and Dan really stepped up, took responsibility, and got everyone in after hours for the tear down, re-installation, and finishing of our drywall. Also, as a courtesy to us, they had their painter come in to prime, which was not included in our quote. We really appreciated the customer service, and their work is fantastic. Not only was the work performed extremely well, they left virtually nothing to clean up, and we were able to just start painting a day after they finished our project. With the flood, it's really been hard to try to get our life back together, and we really appreciated that MDP came in, got our job done, and provided excellent service very quickly. I've already recommended them twice!

never called me back.Called office and then he called me in 2 minutes and said he was doing research...lol.I had an awning that me and a friend put up ourselves,3 brackets and done also had instructions,also a larson screen door he said it well fit.I am disabled and i still got it done.

My contacts with this company started off great. I contacted them and fairly shortly I had a representative come out to take a look at the work. The quote came back quickly and I eventually found out it was a reasonable price comparatively. I had to wait until winter was over before scheduling work. I called in late may to schedule the work and reached a gentleman who I explained that I already had a quote and would just like to get the work scheduled. I asked if he could send me the latest copy to make sure nothing had changed. I waited and nothing came. I called up a week later and again had a similar conversation and again received nothing. I called a third time and this time I had to repeatedly explain the work that I wanted done and that I didn't need someone to come out and quote. Eventually I got a hold of Heather in the office who sounded like she knew what she was doing. She quickly e-mailed me the latest quote, I signed and returned via e-mail. After returning I heard nothing for a few days and decided to give them a call. During this call Heather again went and checked with the scheduler. I was informed that the work would be started on Monday (this was the Friday before). I wonder if I would have even known they were coming out as I got no call, e-mail or anything regarding schedule. When I asked about what time they would come out no one knew. I waited around Monday and the worker came out pretty early. He was very nice and proceeded efficiently with the work. I never knew when he was coming out but I had given him a guest code to the garage. His work was done in a couple days and I was informed that the sanders would be a day late. This was no issue but they actually ended up two days late. And before they arrived I received an e-mail claiming work was complete and asking for payment (which I found a bit annoying). Nevertheless, the sanders arrived at a random time in the morning two days later and proceeded with the work. When I came back home the garage was a dusty mess and the scaffolding they had used was still there. I had to call to inform them of this and the next day someone came out to take the scaffold but the floor was still very dusty. I called again and a person came out and did a much better job cleaning the floors. I was disappointed that there was still piles of drywall dust on the garage door, entry door, sprinkler system box, etc. When I asked if they cleaned dust from the walls the answer was no and they instructed me to just brush the dust in when painting (which is contrary to every piece of advice I have ever heard). So I have spent several hours vacuuming up the piles of dust and cleaning the walls to prep for paint. In summary, the drywall finishing quality was good. There are only a few areas that need touch up and that I can handle. All the issues I have had with the company have been primarily based on communication. I have talked to the owner of the company and he was very nice and apologetic but it seems I am not alone in this experience with the company. Hopefully they improve this and in that case I'll be back in the future.

He came Saturday, on time, to check the work that needed to be done & said he would call me back Monday with a price. I never heard from him Monday & ended up calling the main office during the week & they said they would have the technician reach out to me. He never did.

It was good. They seem professional. Their estimate was higher than what we wanted.

Their team is kind of split between one professional and the rest of them are just workers so they have a lot of inexperienced in their team. But they usually have experienced person in the team.

They did a great job for such a large job

Gave a prompt, detailed estimate of work needing to be done. Made good suggestions for difficult areas such as textured walls. Estimate was in line with local competitors. Have still not completed work but may use in future.

My home had been vandalized and I needed to get damage /repair estimates to the prosecutor's office quickly. Multipro was responsive and professional and helped me to think thru the process of repairs that would be needed. They were so very helpful. I would feel confident hiring them for any work in my home.

Finished in tree days with a minimum level of dust throughput the house

Called back twice because it was not sanded well and there were spots that were missed as well as pitted in several places. Just noticed a cut out around an electrical outlet that is too big to cover with even a jumbo plate. There were also some other issues. Dealt with Matt, who was fairly courteous and returned calls promptly. However, he insinuated that there wasn't anything wrong on the first complaint call when he hadn't even looked at the job. Said he'd go look at it and didn't. Instead he sent the guy that did the finish work back. When I called back the second time, he at first insinuated again that I didn't know what I was talking about, and then told me to circle all the spots that weren't sanded or were missed, which I did. He came back the second time and worked on it himself, but still missed several spots that I had to sand myself and blamed the pitting on going over pre-existing paint. Got the impression that they were extremely busy and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible.

The provider arrived on time, finished by the date provided to us and did an excellent job. He was very friendly and took extra precautions to keep our house clean from dust and debris. The ceiling looks perfect now.

Justin came and did the estimate. He was friendly, punctual and professional. His team came on the agreed upon day and did the work. Great job overall

They were very efficient. When they were there, they got in and out. They called to confirm their appointment in advance and same day. Good communication.
