They were very efficient. When they were there, they got in and out. They called to confirm their appointment in advance and same day. Good communication.

I can't say enough good things about Multi Drywall! From the Project Manager to the front office to all of the professionals who did the demolition, carpentry and painting - everyone was professional, courteous, prompt and did high quality work! We originally went with a company who we thought provided a slightly more competitive quote. Turns out we mis-read the quote and Multi Drywall's quote was actually the better one. However, when we started asking questions of the other company, they become reluctant to answer and then just simply didn't show up to work or return our phone calls. When I contacted Multi Drywall and explained to them what happened, they were so positive in their response. They reviewed our quote with us again, answered our questions, worked with us when we removed items from the list and added other items. And every single person who came through my door was on time, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job! I have more work to be done on my house and I will not hesitate to contact Mutli Drywall to request their services!!

I was very happy that they were able to come in and do the job when I needed it since my brother and I acted as the contractors coordinating the tasks. They met all my expectations and even offered to come back after the kitchen was put back together and smooth out any dings. The Angies discount didn't hurt eithor

Job went very well. The owner communicated well with me and did everything he said he would do, when he said it would be done. When I did not like the color of a wall after it was completed (not their fault, mine), they painted it again a new color. I recommend them and would use again.

Not well.... We had used this company to drywall a kitchen and half bath and everything went well so we contracted with them for additional work. The contract went well, the delivery of the drywall went well and then things fell apart. The drywall hangers who came did not speak English. One had very limited English and we could not communicate with them. While putting up the drywall sheets they covered over multiple recessed ceiling lights, light switches and one cold air return for the furnace. They put up corner bead in multiple areas that were supposed to be left open for door moldings. We had contracted the work out because of scheduling and time issues. They sent one person to do all the plaster work by himself. The work was not done in the time frame promised, we had a scheduled vacation after they were supposed to be finished. They were not, so we put a lock box on the house so they could finish while we were away. The project manager was not available due to illness while we were gone and no one else was overseeing the project or knew the lock box number, so nothing was done while we were away putting us further behind schedule. When the project manager returned to work he was very attentive and tried very hard to resolve the issues. After the job was completed and they were paid we discovered that when we primed the walls for paint, they were not "finished to a level four finish, ready for prime" as defined in the contract. When we primed the first room we sealed the dust in creating rough surfaces on the walls that could not be removed. We cleaned the drywall dust on the remaining rooms ourselves rather than risk any further delay in our schedule.

I was very happy with their service. The project manager was professional and handled all of the work excellently. I thought the price was great as well.

Total job went smooth.. A couple areas on the walls were off even after paying them to make sure the studding was laser straight. Also sent me a bill after the fact that came out of no where but ultimately a good experience

This company was very professional and responsive until I got an estimate for the work I needed done. After that point, I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone to come back. The estimator and I agreed that I didn't need to be home when they came to do the work, since it was outdoor trim. I didn't hear from anyone for about 10 days and then all of a sudden the doorbell rang before 8:00am, it was someone from Multidrywall, to do part of the work. He was very friendly and did good work, but he said someone else would need to come back and paint, because all he did was do the woodwork. About 3 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from anyone to come back and finish the work. So I dropped a couple emails back to the company. I let them know that I was having a surgery soon and would need to get the work completed right away. I got a short response saying "Justin needs to paint". A few days later I received a phone call from the said Justin. I came home later that week one day to notice that the trim was all painted. Overall, the work was good and the people that came out to do the work were professional, it's just that communication could have been better, and I think that the entire job could have been completed in one week, instead of a month.

Fast and efficient. I had to repair a few spots before the room could be painted. (It was supposed to be ready to paint) Their cleanup was better than most contractors..

Justin knows the business very well. He was able to provide a ball park estimate over the phone, which was spot on to the final numbers. When I was able to get him into the house, he walked the rooms, did quick measurements and knew exactly how much paint would be needed. Other contractors I contacted estimated 2 times the amount of paint needed and another needed 2 days to put it all into a computer and come up with the quantity and cost of the job. The job was completed on time. They protected everything as needed so paint wouldn't get onto other surfaces. Near the end of the job, they walked through with me to ensure each area was completed to my satisfaction. I am a very happy customer and will be calling them for my next job.

Overall went very well. John and his team were great to work with and the outcome met all expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

It was like I didn't even know they were there. They came in and fixed the drywall and it looks great. Highly recommend this company.

The framers were top notch. The drywallers came out and did a phenomenal job. This is an amazing company. They come out and quote the job fairly and are not condescending. I want the women out there to know that this is a company they can trust and rely on to not take advantage of them.

They were very nice and helpful throughout the process of getting our quote to completing the work we requested. They did a great job with our room, and we were very pleased with the results. Communication was not the best - we had a delivery that did not show up on time, and calls were often made last minute as to when they'd be showing up to complete work. This could definitely be improved, but at the end of the day, we got our work completed in a good amount of time, and the quality was there as well. We'd definitely hire them again, despite the few communication issues. Mike did a lot of our drywall work and he was great, very nice and did a wonderful job.

The provider never showed up and never contacted me again

Please note I have left out some minor details in order to shorten both good and bad sections. The Drywall Finishing/Painter (the good) Jeremy finished a few bad seams and other touch up spots, he did an AWESOME job and I was blown away at how good it looked. The painter did a great job as well, although I do have some white ceiling paint on my brown wall and spots on my floor that I will be fixing later. Management (the bad) I never received my quote until I called and asked for it. The drywall finisher showed up without a ladder which his boss never told him he would need and when he called...well a ladder never showed up, I provided him some "tools" to help make his job easier (which he apologized for). He came back the next day to sand, but it still hadnt dried, so he called his boss and explained the situation, then his boss told him to come back Friday, but his boss never told the painter this, so the painter showed up to paint 30 minutes later. I sent him away after explaining the situation. On Friday the drywaller finisher showed up, but the painter never did, I didnt receive a call that he wasnt going to make his 9am appt, until 2:30p. I spoke with the manager and we agreed that we would reschedule and I would call him back Monday, well on Monday the painter showed up unexpected ready to paint at 8:15a. So overall, the guys that did the actual labor did a great job, management on the other hand could learn a few things in regards to communication to really make this company shine. I would generally guess this isn't how things are normally handled at this company, but based on my phone calls back and forth and words exchanged, I feel it is.

They were great to respond. They did show up and work as promised but the finish work was "B" or "B-" at best. They did ask to come out and do some minute detailed finish work but they tried to mud and sand the same day and we had chunks fall off of the walls so we would have required more than just little detail finish. We had some other work that didn't get done and I had to stop them from completely finishing and they did not want to complete the job as we'd originally set up, which I understand. Overall, they were good to work with but their finish work was not quite to the quality I expected.

Overall we are satisfied with the quality of the work performed for the price. Our contact, Justin, was very responsive and professional. He came out and gave us an estimate within a few days. Work was performed on schedule. We have only two quite minor complaints: 1. Even though we told them we were not keeping the carpeting, we feel they should have taken a bit better care not to drop so much joint compound on the floor. 2. After their spotter came to fix leftover imperfections, there were still some visible tool marks left behind. These would probably not be visible after painting, but we filled and lightly sanded them ourselves just in case. They did a skim coat on the chimney and a couple other 'extras' for no charge, which is nice. We would hire them again.

Contacted Multi Drywall after a bad experience with another painter who wanted me to fund other projects before he started mine. (Ponzi scheme?) Called the number listed and got an appointment within two days. Received the estimate from Justin the day after the walk-through and scheduled the job for the following week. The painters and dry-wallers, Dave, Jason and "Mighty Mouse" arrived on Thursday, worked diligently and efficiently all day; came back on Friday and finished the job. Justin stopped by to check on job progress, giving us the weekend to inspect it and report any problems to him on Monday. After finding a couple of small issues, Justin promised they'd be back to take care of it ASAP, and they were. From Colette, who took the initial phone call, to Justin, the estimator and boss, to Dave, Jason and "Mighty Mouse," everyone was courteous and professional and we couldn't be happier with the results.

On time as scheduled, work completed and cleaned up well.

They did a good job, but I thought that they could've cleaned up better. The other thing I didn't like about him is he told my husband that he would come back to look at a problem, but he never bothered showing up.

Called them. Rep came right away to give a quotation. Then a few days of miscommunication with the office -- the only snag in the whole process. They ripped out the damaged drywall; I washed the area with bleach to kill mold. They came back to replace the drywall. While there, I asked them to do two small patches in other rooms, for which under the contract they would do at $55/hr. They did them both without charge! Then later they primed and sanded the drywall, which had not been in the contract, also at no charge. I was impressed with their care in isolating the work area with sheets of plastic, so no dust or odors escaped.
