Great experience! Worked with Dustin to find a front entry door that would accommodate our small double entry. He was thorough and worked very hard to find us a door that fit our style and needs! Very impressed with their customer service! Also, the installers took their time and made sure we were happy with the results. Would highly recommend!

It looks great, very insulated and I love the digital lock. No more fumbling and digging in my purse for the keys.

Dustin special ordered my door, it took 7 weeks to get. As soon as it came in they came out and completed the job. The door, the glass and the workmanship was better then we expected. There was a haze on the inside door glass that you could only see in the evening as the sun hit it. I called and Joe was going to come out and replace the glass if necessary, however, the haze went away two days later. Dustin said if it shows up again, in the next year, it may be a bad seal and they will replace the glass. Nice people, wonderful fiberglass door (home guard).

Dustin was prompt for our appointment and was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were impressed that he indicated we would not have to have the doors cut down even though it was an older home (something we had been told was necessary from a different company bidding the job). Instead, they use a clever approach of installing a handicap accessible door sill to accommodate the height difference and ultimately save money and fit risk with cutting the doors down. We ended up selecting the highest quality fiberglass door in a craftsman style with decorative glass which came in fir grain at no extra charge (another big difference with the competitor) and samples were available to ensure the colors and trim choices. For the second entry door we wanted a full light with internal shade and once again we were surprised with his appreciation to costs. He indicated that we could use steel (especially since the door is mostly glass) to gain some savings there without compromising the aesthetic or overall quality. Matching storm doors were selected and Dustin was very vocal in terms of helping us make decisions that were both cost-effective and also aesthetically spot-on. Ultimately there was a $700 (less) difference in the quotes between Curb Appeal and the competitor. However, even if the price had been the same or slightly more, we would have went with Curb Appeal. The total time for the doors to be made and installed was about five weeks. The installation was just completed by Jay and Will (I think) who could not have been friendlier and made sure than everything was done with the highest quality. They took their time, filled in holes before installing the sill to ensure that everything was as airtight as possible and making sure everything was just right, not easy with an old home that has shifted. We could not be happier with the quality, function and look of our new doors and the quality service that Curb Appeal provided. Being fiberglass, I was afraid it might look or feel a bit cheap. However, the quality and color (English walnut) makes it look like real wood and it is heavier than I anticipated, which is another bonus. I will recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new doors.

We live in an old house with odd size door frames. The had to replace everything around the door including the threshold. The initial estimate/sales visit went really well. They ere able to give us exactly what we wanted. The doors were installed when they said they would install them the installers were courteous, professional, fast, and cleaned up everything!

After spending almost a year pricing out windows from various places (Big Box retailers, big name window companies that advertise on Tv) I ended up going with Curb Appeal Door and Window in Shelby twp. I got a lead on this place from a neighbor who had them install a front. When I walked into the showroom I was met by Joe who I later found out was the owner of the company. Joe was a very laid back and very straight forward about his products. He did a great job in showing me all the details of the vinyl windows they had to offer. Joe explained to me I would be getting Full Brand new windows, not just replacement windows and that is exactly what I was looking for while everyone else was trying to push me into replacement windows (supposedly to reduce cost). Joe set me up with an appointment with his sales person named Dustin, Dustin came out a day later to take measurements and go over more details and pricing. Dustin was very professional and not pushy at all. When Dustin gave me the price I was shocked in how competitive it was compared to what other places where trying to charge me for replacement windows. Without hesitation I signed up. About two days later Joe came out my house himself t make sure all the measurements were correct and to review the order and make any changes if needed. Once the order was completed my windows actually came in 2 weeks earlier than expected and I was contacted by Jen for the install date. During the day of the install the 3 installers showed up on time where very polite and took the time to layout runners and tarps throughout the house. All 3 of the installers took the time to actually show me what they were doing and explain the process and worked in a very clean manner. The crew did a great job! I was very impressed with not only how friendly and professional they were but also in the quality of work! The finishing work on both the inside and outside was very impressive. From beginning to end Joe and his staff were fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone looking for windows to see Curb Appeal Door and Window first. I will defiantly be having them come out to replace the remaining windows in my home

From the very beginning everything worked out very well. They arrived on time for the first appointment. What we appreciated is that when they first came out to measure the windows they could give us a price. Then the owner came out to re-measure the openings (check twice, order once). He was able to give us an install date. The Pella windows arrived on time. The 3 men did a wonderful job of installing the windows. They were very pleasant and they were very tidy. They cleaned up everything and took away all of the materials including our old windows. I would use Curb Appeal again. We just really love the awning window in the kitchen.

I could not be more pleased with not only the product but the installation. The project looks like its a bran new house. The finish work around the doors is perfect. The installer was polite and professional and very neat. Every aspect of this process was great. The young man who came out first to measure and help me pick out the doors was professional and knowledgeable. He got a price to me very quickly. And the time table I was given for when my doors would be ready to be installed was right on. I will be using them again.

We were totally impressed. Price was reasonable compared to other bids. Installers were professional and did an excellent job. Owner of the company comes out and does measurements himself and oversees project. The doors look beautiful and function great. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

Curb Appeal did a very good job on the installation of our double steel doors and storm doors. Dustin was great to work with on the initial estimate and selection of the doors and options, and the price was reasonable compared to competitors. We were pleasantly surprised when the installation happened 2 weeks earlier than we'd originally expected, and the guys who did the install worked in a driving snow storm (they even shoveled our walk to bring the doors up). They were missing some storm door hardware from the manufacturer, but they installed the steel doors and trim, then came back promptly 2 days later to install the storms. This company is a pleasure to work with, from the folks in the office to the installers, I definitely recommend them.

They are excellent, they even installed it before I was leaving and it was a last minute job. They called back to make sure everything is fine they are so nice and I would definitely use them again.

This is a "stand up" company. From my first contact with the owner to the actual installation of the door, everything went smoothly without any issues. The owner promptly visited my home to survey the issues I was having with my previous door. After visiting his showroom and reviewing his extensive line of quality doors, we decided to go with the HCI fiberglass door. Our entry door faces the west so it was important that we select a door that would endure hours of constant sunlight. The owner spent a great deal of time with us and made sure we were completely happy with our choice. He even recommended some hardware changes to our storm door so that it would match the hardware on the entry door. This seemed like a small suggestion at the time but it turned out to be a great idea that made a huge change in the overall appearance. It addition to the entry door, there were some necessary repairs to the door sill that had to be performed. In my opinion, the installer went above and beyond to make sure these repairs were done correctly and to insure I would not have any water leaks in the basement which I experienced in the past. Hats off to Curb Appeal for a great job!

Very neat and professional installation, they look great inside and out! Will be needing more windows replaced in the future and Curb Appeal will be my first call.

The store employee Joe was very helpful and recommended the Fox Weldoor Storm doors for my entrance and garage service door. I purchased the full glass model with the standard latch. The Installation tech was on time and did a super professional job - I found these doors to be very solid and well constructed. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend Curb Appeal Door & Window.

Curb Appeal Door and Window did a great job for us. Everyone connected with the company is friendly and professional. It was especially helpful that the owner had special knowledge of historic homes and the price quoted for the work was quite reasonable. My husband also wanted to note the installer's attention to detail during the project. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to others.

The estimated start date is today, and they're not here yet. The estimate was pretty thorough. I like the thorough part.

The first home Curb Appeal did updates to I had a front door, window over the front door and study windows replaced. What I liked about Curb Appeal was that they didn't just "replace" the old windows and door. They cleaned everything out, replaced any rotted/questionable material. They were extremely neat, professional and knowledgeable. We had numerous quotes from other companies and although there were a couple of quotes that came in a little bit lower, the quality of workmanship and expertice more than made up for the difference. The crew that works for Curb appeal are wonderful. Because we loved their work, when we moved we immediately called them again to replace a front door and 2nd floor window and again, we were absolutely thrilled with their work.
