Curb Appeal Door and Window

The work this company if over and beyond what I ever experienced. The staff and installers are great. The installers arrived as scheduled and both worked very hard when they were here. They made minimal mess and I would highly recommend this company.

The man that came out and took measurements told me he would email me the prices. But I have yet to get that email.

I purchased and had installed 5 casement windows. The windows are ProVia Endure. This is the second time I used this company and once again I am very happy. From Dustin the salesperson to Adam the installer and his helper Brandon, this is an outstanding team. It is obvious that Adam takes great pride in his work. For the most part I am a perfectionist and expect the same from others. Adam and Brandon certainly met my expectations. From making sure all floor and furniture was covered and protected to insuring the installation was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would also like to add that this was not an easy project. All my windows were odd sizes including 2 quarter rounds. This was my first introduction to ProVia vinyl windows as I always purchased Pella wood windows in the past. These ProVia windows are not only impressive looking but have the same appearance as my Pella windows. It is difficult to tell the difference.

The company doesn't do the type of small job I was looking for.

Doors were installed in October 2018 in 2 days and the overall installation was good. There were some trim details that were not to my satisfaction and I called the owner (Joe). Joe was prompt in setting up a time to come out and review the work. He corrected all of the trim issues to my complete satisfaction, replaced a screen that had a drop of caulking on it and replaced one of the screen door closers that he was not happy with and I had not noticed. The front storm door glass does not fit as it should and a new glass was ordered and still did not fit correctly so Joe has ordered a new front screen door. This man is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He stands by his product and his workmanship. He was not the low bid I received but I am very happy that I selected this company. The workmanship and Joe's work ethic is top notch.

I was very happy with my experience overall. The only hiccup was with the finishing work (drill holes left uncovered, debris left around job site, door wasn't properly aligned so the lock didn't work). When I communicated this to them, they were very responsive and the Owner came out the next day to make it right.

Very friendly and professional from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was great. Installers were on time and did quality work.

Overall, it went pretty well. The salesman was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about door options. The gentleman who did final measurements arrived on time and quickly completed his task. The installers did a nice job on a difficult project; our house is over 70 years old and has settled over the years, so the doorway is no longer symmetrical, but they worked on it and managed to make the new door look straight even though the house isn't anymore! And the cleanup job was good. The only aspect the project that could have been handled better was time management. We were given a start time range of between 12-2 pm for the day of installation because they were also installing a door for our neighbors down the block. At 1:40 pm we received a call that they were almost finished with the neighbor's job, but they had mistakenly left the hardware for our door back at the shop and would have to go get it before they could start. I'm not sure why both workers, who drove in separate trucks, had to go back to the shop to retrieve the hardware. They didn't return to our house until after 4 pm, which meant they were here well into the evening. Except for this inconvenience, we are satisfied with the outcome.

Review on Estimate: the people at Curb Appeal have been extremely helpful to me! They have answered many questions I have had and spent time helping me find the right kind of door to meet my needs/concerns. They have followed up with me regularly to see what other questions I have and how they can help me. Their products are more expensive than some other companies, but I can see the difference in their quality product, what sounds like quality installation, lifetime warranty, and their professionalism. I look forward to using their services soon!

The sales people were very helpful in choosing the look we wanted. Customer service kept in contact on a regular basis providing status of our order and installation date. Everything was exactly as described. The workmen were on time and very efficient and professional. The whole job was completed within about four hours and looks beautiful.

These guys at Curb Appeal Door & Window are excellent. They know high quality doors and will sell you the very best. Pre inspection day I got to meet Joe and he did a great job measuring everything and telling me what they have to offer so when I got to the show room my job was a lot easier as they have a wide array of doors to choose from and different customized options. The door looks beautiful and they did a phenomenal job with the installation. My mom loves her new door. Thanks guys!

We were very pleased with the entire process. Dustin, who helped us with colors and door styles, was great to work with. He offered options which met our budget for the work. He is very knowledgeable about the Provia brand of doors and not a "salesman" pushing something. We were impressed. The doors were installed over 2 1/2 days and look and operate great. The installers were careful and considerate. The door openings were not quite square but they fixed any problems. They cleaned everything up and took away the old doors and debris. One thing we really liked was Joe, the owner, stopped by and stayed to help every day. He is intent on giving the customer outstanding service.

New windows and interior trim installed. Results were fantastic.

The job was done from start to finish in a completely professional manner. Wonderful to work with, knowledgeable beyond expectation, everyone was wonderful to work with, from sales to scheduling the installation, they were the best. The 2 men that came out and installed were great and professional. The doors look great and are sealed and fitted perfectly.

It went great. Very professional, on time, clean work. The finished product looks very nice. A huge improvement in the overall look. It wasn't cheap, but to get high quality, you have to pay more than what Home Depot/Lowes charges.

Everything from the showroom visit and discussion to the in-home consult was fantastic. My sense is that this is a company that operates with extreme integrity and professionalism, on top of having a quality product priced competitively. When the budget becomes available for the door, our intent is to contract with this company to get the work done.
