As luck would have it, we were able to schedule them in one day and now have a new system that eliminates most of the issues we experienced with our old, store bought unit. This system is much sturdier and is made with locally available parts as well. They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! "Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."
