I recently had a system installed at my residence on 07/07. After the installation, I realized the next day I did not have water in the kitchen sink. I called the company to inform them of the issue. The company sent two individuals out to my residence to fix the issue. They stayed at my residence until the issue was resolved, approximately 3 hours. These individuals went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my kitchen sink had water.

Jim came out and gave me a quote with a sketch of the placement of the rotor heads and zones needed for my yards. There was no over-sell and the price quoted was competitive. On the day of the installation Jim came with the crew, introduced me to the foreman and reviewed what was to take place.Jim left and the group began working. They spent about 5-6 hours putting in the system. They were neat and professional. The foreman made sure everything was swept, cleaned and discarded. I could not have been more satisfied with the whole job from the beginning to the end of the process!

The guys repaired our back-flow system and checked the irrigation system, making some adjustments. They answered my questions and made some recommendations that I found helpful. I will call them again for future maintenance/repairs.
