Wilcox Brothers came out when scheduled to install our lawn sprinklers system and gave us excellent expert service.

They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would, unlike other companies who did'n't even answer the phone.

FANTASTIC company. I contacted Wilcox Brothers as I was at a loss as another company completely failed to fix a sprinkler problem I was having. I called and spoke with Dave, the owner, who promptly sent out a crew who was able to quickly diagnose the problem I had and fixed it. The crew, Dominic and partner, had to spend time undoing the previous companies damage and were able to fix my system and made improvements so that it is working better than when it was new. I HIGHLY recommend Wilcox Brothers for any sprinkler issues you may have. Complete professionals and great to work with.

They installed a new sprinkler system and it’s working great. They came back after the sod was laid and moved a few heads and checked that everything was working well.

The entire team did an excellent job adding new zones and re-doing other zones in our sprinkler system. They accommodated our scheduling issues and got right out and completed a very big project in only 4 hours with a great, large team. I would highly recommend them for large projects. I did have one issue not directly related to the project. I had found one bad existing sprinkler head and a main line leak prior to getting their estimate and them coming out and asked them to fix them. They did not and said they would have their repair team to that. After 2 days their office lady called and said they couldn't fix the bad leaks at the earliest until the end of June and it would cost almost 2/3rds as much as the original huge project. Obviously we shouldn't have to be shut down for 5 weeks and then have to pay $110/hr per person to fix a simple sprinkler leak and the more difficult main line leak.

This team that installed my system were mostly not bi-lingual and I couldn't have a conversation with most of them. The 2 guys that did speak English were nice, but I was totally unimpressed with the final results. They just slapped my old grass on top of the soil, and most of it died. The ground is not pretty bumpy with the lawn-mower. And - they told my neighbor exactly what I paid for the job, which I didn't think was something they should have done. Overall, the quality was not impressive, the customer service is poor as well. I called twice and they told me everything was normal (with the way my lawn now looked) and they never offered to come out and look to see if the crew actually did a poor job. In addition, I sent them back a not so nice customer service survey and they never called to make things right. I wish I could say my experience with them was as good as these ratings of 5, but I can't. Perhaps it was a bad day and I just got lucky to get this crew.

I had Wilcox come and install a sprinkler system and was home during the install. At first I was nervous because my yard looked like it was being dug up everywhere but they rolled the sod back installed the pipe and rolled it back down and when they left it looked very clean. I was very impressed with their cleanup process. They even took some dirt to fill in a hole in my yard from settlement after taking out a tree. They packed it down to level it out and then put seed on top of it. They walked me through every step and throughly walked me through how to operate the system. They worked at my house way past end of working day to complete the job in one day. The whole crew was super kind and respectful of my property and showed pride in their work. I would highly recommend them.

The entire team was polite and respectful- from the initial call to final installation. He even blew it out after the install and said he would come back in a week to restart due to the cold temps this April.
