I could not be more happy with the three men that came and installed my carpet…Sergio, George and Gilbert were the most professional, fun, polite, and hard working men I have ever had at my house!!!! There was a small problem after the installation and they were back at my house in the blink of an eye…and fixed what needed to be fixed in no time at all after very carefully determining the best solution. I high recommend this company my sale guy Robert was also very easy to work with and gave me great carpet choices that met my needs!!! I highly recommend The Carpet Guys and my 3 amazing installers Sergio, George, and Gilbert

Jeremy was a great sales person, took the time to explain different types and value of styles. He was on time, wonderful to work with. Edwin did a fine job on the installation, on time , cleaned up and removed the old carpet from the home. Edwin called early in the morning for an afternoon appointment which really help me put all this together , he was a super star.

It was excellent. Blake was at our house the day after we expressed interest. He was not pushy and was very friendly and relaxed to work with. Our installer, Yoni, was very professional, clean, punctual, and polite. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to others.

I was very pleased with my experience with the Carpet Guys. Joseph, the sales representative and Alex, the installer were very professional and friendly. Also, the representatives that handled my calls with a concern I had were helpful and assisted me with a resolution. I really like the look and quality of my floors.

I recently purchased a new home and wanted new carpeting for the house. After some online searching, I decided to go with The Carpet Guys. I was very happy with the service from beginning to end. I had Tyler W. as the Sales Rep. He was very polite, easy going, and patient (deciding on different carpets for multiple rooms can take some time). Edgar and his team performed the installation. The three installers were very efficient and professional and did an amazing job. I was surprised that what was initially planned to take 2 days only took one still with the expected high-quality work. Next time I need carpets/floors or if I know someone who needs them, I will certainly recommend The Carpet Guys.

The Carpet Guys were fantastic. John K our salesperson connected with us immediately. He worked with us to find a great carpet match for the home at a very good price. Jose M and crew were incredible. It was a hot and humid day and the house only has AC in a couple of rooms. They removed well over 2000 square feet of 20-30 year old thick carpet and pad. They were able to move and work around a decent amount of heavy furniture also. They did a beautiful job laying down 2000 square feet plus of carpet. This was all done the same day! I have rarely witnessed a contractor crew sustain the level of effort and intensity throughout the entire job. Thank you Carpet Guys!

The representative Dan D was so help full and kind I feel he was up front and very fare and gave me a great deal I would send him to any of my friends for a deal good man. The Installer Freddy was very clean and did a great job my daughters where concerned about a seam he took 2 hours to re do the whole area to make it to their satisfaction. Love the job they did and the deal I got.

Carpet Guys were awesome from start to finish. Our sales rep, Rebecca, was well prepared for our in home visit, was professional, knowledgeable, and brought a variety of samples for us to review. She was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was very competitive, and we got a great deal based on the comparison shopping we had done. The installation team, Ali and one other team member, did a wonderful job. They were skilled and professional, and they worked incredibly hard. They kept us informed as the installation progressed, answered our questions, gave us their insight, and were a pleasure to work with. When they left, our basement was immaculate, and the carpeting looked wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience, and would recommend the Carpet Guys to anyone interested in having flooring completed.

They arrived and listened to my concerns and requests, they provided fantastic customer service, and installed a quality product. Exceptional - very professional and installation was perfect.

From the sales person to the final installation, everything was smooth and easy. The product was brought in two days before and I got a call before hand, to let me know they were on their way. I got a call from Nick, the installer, prior to his arrival. Nick was a great installer! He finished the room in 3 hours!! I had all furniture and carpeting removed before hand, so all that was needed was to lay the flooring, but still, I thought it would take most of the day. I was socked by his kind words, friendliness and willingness to please his customers. A very down to earth person. I finally got a smile out of him as he cleaned up afterwards. He wouldn't let me help at all. The room is beautiful!!!

Dale the sales Manger took very good care of us. After there were a problem with the first. Project. He made sure we were happy . Brad the installation man for the second Project was great . Very knowledgeable and very skilled. I love my new kitchen floor. Looks beautiful. Would definitely have the carpet guys do another project. And would ask for Brad to do the job .great job Brad you turned a frown upside down ( into a smile) .

Our sales rep, Francesca, was knowledgeable and friendly, and gave us many discounts on our purchase. Raphael was on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. The job went as smoothly as you could ask for. From the first visit by our design consultant Anis, right through to the end when our carpet installer Josh left after installing the carpet, these guys were 100% professional the whole way. I am very happy with the work they performed, the product they provided and the value we got for our money. I would like to personally give a big thank you to Anis, Beth, Dawn, Steve, Zack, and Josh for everything. We are totally satisfied and would not hesitate for a second to hire The Carpet Guys again!!

Both Joe and Jessie were great to work with. They came in and got the job completed, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to speak with. This is the second job they have completed for my family and I would use them again

I had a good experience with Krisha as my sales representative and a great experience with my installer, Jesse. Krisha was friendly and knowledgable; however was unable to provide a carpet sample. Jesse and his team were prompt and professional. The only reason why I did not give The Carpet Guys an A is because I asked for a small carpet sample so I could confidently pick out my living room paint. This is my first home and picking out colors was very stressful. I was told that I could not have a sample or borrow one for one hour. I then called the headquarters phone number and they said I could borrow a sample from the warehouse. I absolutely appreciated that but it was a 45 minute drive. Samples need to be readily available for customers.
