They were very quick to respond to scheduling a quote. Brian came out and gave us a quote and was very knowledgeable about our particular installation for the product we chose. We found that his quote was very competitive and they scheduled the install within 2 weeks. Jorge and Roberto came out to install. They called ahead to make sure that we had instructions and time scheduled for the install. They were very professional and efficient. The floor looks great and they really paid attention to detail. All material was cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend them.

The Carpet Guys is one of few companies these days that remembers customer service. My dealings with them from scheduling the initial appointment to following up after installation was great. Salesperson Steve was professional and pleasant, and Jesse the installer went beyond what I thought he could do to get all of the furniture out of the bedroom. Most of all, I’m loving the carpet. Only downside was I wish they had more selections in the color palette I wanted, which was a basic tan/beige.

The entire process was seamless! Clark was a great sales associate and helped us navigate what type of flooring we wanted for our kitchen, dining and powder room. He was knowledgeable and non-pressured. Dave & Dan did a great job on the hard surfaces. Omar & team were beyond exceptional with the carpet install! We’d definitely recommend The Carpet Guys!

From Jason Harris our salesman to the installers on Amador Rocha's team, the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Jason was patient, kind, approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and easy-going. No pressure! The installers were super efficient, finishing the whole house in one day with just two installers! They were very respectful, and very nice. I felt safe and confident having them in my home. If it hadn't been for Gerald Mangas who talked me into hiring The Carpet Guys, this amazing experience wouldn't have happened like it did. THANK YOU for the great lead! From the first email I sent requesting information about carpet installation the ball started to roll. The Carpet Guys called me immediately and were ready to answer all my questions and set up a visit with Nino the Design Consultant. Nino came to our place in the next few days and helped my husband and I decide on what we wanted. Within a few more days the installer Freddy Ortiz and his team came in and set to work putting in two rooms of carpet with precision and skill. Our home was transformed. The living room and bed room are now calmer and elegant We couldn’t be more pleased. We are so grateful to find such an intelligent, professional business as The Carpet Guys.

We looked at the online reviews for several companies and found that The Carpet Guys had consistently good reviews. We selected them to redo the main floor of our home with laminate flooring. Naaman Farhat, our installation professional, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He put in long hours and did an incredible job of leveling all of the floors and installing the flooring. The Carpet Guys organization went above and beyond our expectations, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Naaman, and the entire team.

Jesse and he his team were awesome. They handled everything professionally, moved the furniture and did an excellent job of installation. It was expected to take 1.5 days but Jesse brought in a couple more and got it done in a day with no compromise to quality.

Do not repair carpet that they did not install... Thankfully they called ahead of time!

This was the 2nd time I had Carpet Guys come out to my home for new carpet, first they did my Livingroom and than I called them back to do my staircase. Both times it was an amazing job and they were always professional in every way. My sales representative was JOSEPH LADUKE and my installer was SERGIO RODRIGUEZ - They were the BEST. Did an amazing job, very professional in every way. They did an amazing job on my staircase.

Tiffany is the worst installation manager she is rude and doesn't care about the customer! Last minute cancelations that cost me money after taking the day off of work multiple times! when I asked to speak to her boss she said their was no one above her. My trim is ruined by installers walls banged up closet doors broken door sills broken and nothing being done about it they just continue to not show up to finish the job! This company is costing me more than I could've imagined between the flooring and installation and now the damages to pay for and lost wages from taking time off waiting for them to just not show up! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

We had a great experience with The Carpet Guys. Wonderful salesperson met with us, showed us samples of what we were looking for, and we got a great price for it. The installers were prompt, friendly, efficient and did an excellent job at the installation - including large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved around. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

My recent experience with The Carpet Guys was a very positive one. The need for new carpeting arose from water seeping through a lower level bedroom wall. Chris Higgins, my sales representative, was courteous and informative regarding my carpeting options. His close attention also proved invaluable as he identified an additional area where water was entering the room. Had he not noticed this, the new carpet installation would have been ruined. I was equally pleased with the installation completed by Jose Gutierez. Even though I had misunderstood the arrival time, he was so accommodating, and he changed his schedule to ensure my carpet was installed on time. He did an excellent job placing the carpet under newly installed closet doors. I am grateful for such great customer service! (Order # MH064760)

The carpet was installed without any issues. It looks great! The installers, Jonathan and Ceasar, were very personable and professional. The moved my furniture with care and installed the carpeting like pros. The carpet has a pattern and they lined it up perfectly and no seams are showing. I love it. And, of course, they were on-time and worked efficiently. Based on this experience, I will use Carpet Guys again.

Sales rep, Raymond, was nice and not pushy. The 2 installers (Mario is the only name I have) did a very good job and were quick! While everything went well, as hoped, I think the call several days later to see if we were pleased with the carpet and service impressed me the most. So rare to have a company check back with a client to see if they were STILL happy with their purchase! And we are! Will definitely recommend The Carpet Guys!

Installation went well and quicker than anticipated. Moe and his partner finished about 800sqft of laminate flooring in two days. Joe and his partner finished about 700sqft of carpet in an afternoon. They short a transition piece that they have to comeback and complete once the product is in.

Let me just say, I usually panic about having to have anyone I don’t know come into my home and do a project. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the whole experience with The Carpet Guys and their service. MIA RADOSAVAC Was my sales rep who was very personable, not pushy and listened to what I wanted done. She is the sales person you would want to come to your home. Mario Romero Sr. Was my installer. I can’t tell you how many times I checked in during the install and just said “wow”. Mario is top notch at his craft. I honestly would ask for him over and over. He did amazing work! I am in LOVE with my new flooring. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

The installers were outstanding. I was getting new furniture that had not yet been delivered. I told the installers, Jose and his partner to just leave the bedroom furniture on the front porch and I would get my son to help me carry them 250 feet uphill to the road for a garbage pick up. Without me asking, I noticed that they handcarried these four pieces of very heavy furniture all the way to the road for me. I was stunned. I would highly recommend the carpet guys and their installation crew in the future
