Paul came over on a Friday evening as this was convenient for us and was very pleasant and professional. Never felt pressured to "spend more to get more", etc. brad and the crew came out and installed on Saturday and Sunday of Memorial Day wknd! Never complained or acted as if they were being put out. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

From start to finish everyone we dealt with provided excellent customer service. My salesman arrived promplty with a nice range of samples to choose from. We selected a very high quality carpet and laminate and we are very pleased with the look and feel of the entire job. The carpet is awesome and the laminate looks wonderful in my new kitchen. The crew arrived on time and explained everything they would be doing and answered any question and concerns I had. The job took 3 days and each day they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. They were friendly and courteous, but more importantly they were good at what they did. The complete installations was flawless. We are very happy with the services provided by The Carpet Guys and will recommend them to friends and family.

Prompt return call to set appointment. Rep who brought samples to our home was professional and helpful. Company was very understanding when we had to change instillation date. The crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and were professional every step of the way. We have had many complements on the work, especially how the pattern on the stairway was laid.

Great. I was referred to Joe by Phil of Budget Basements (great work) and he came out the same day that I called him. He brought some samples I asked for but also brought along some that he thought might work better. I decided to go with his suggestion and am so glad I did. The carpet looks fantastic, it's soft and plush and the padding is great. Joe was very personable and professional, gave us the Value Pak discount and had his installers out that Friday. The installers did a great, quick job and cleaned up after themselves. They did his a few spots on our newly painted and finished basements, which I'm really bummed about, but Joe warned us that this might happen. Thankfully, Phil left us with some paint to cover up the little nicks to have the room look as good as new. I would use these guys in the future, to replace the carpeting in the rest of my house.

The Project went extremely well. They were on time and completed the first phase, of sanding and staining by noon of the first day. On the second day they arrived at 8 A. M.. and completed the polyurethane and final semi gloss coat by early after- noon. They were professional , plan on having them sand and refinish two bedrooms in September.

Significant delay waiting for the sales person to follow through on their commitment.

The price was substantially below a nationwide seller. The pad was better and they provide a lifetime guarantee. Don was excellent as the sales rep., not trying to sell us more than we need. No pressure. He moved up the installation at the last minute and was always available for questions after the sale. He came out on his day off to help move a heavy weight machine during the installation. The installers, Mike and Ron, were fantastic. I had a heavy weight machine to move in a tight space and they did it. They went above and beyond during the installation to make sure my wife and I were completely happy. We will go back to them in the future. You can't beat them.

The house was reviewed and the sales person was very professional and accommodating and honestly one of the nicest sales people I have ever dealt with. I was very happy with the wide array of products that were presented and the number of options available for flooring. I decided to change my flooring decision from engineered hardwood to carpet based on this review. I was impressed with the product. The crew arrived on time and were very professional and took care of everything for me including moving furniture, and removing all old flooring. The job was completed on time and on budget. If I ever have any other flooring work done in this house they will be my first call.

Called The Carpet Guys LLC to get a quote for Laminate flooring and Carpet. Mazin showed up on time and was polite. I decided not to go with this company, at this time, thought they were a little to high.

As noted above The Carpet Guys did a superior job start to finish. The installation crew was great at moving the furniture very carefully and protecting all my belongings. I don't have any other details to give. I would definitely contact the company again for any flooring needs!

Everything went perfectly. The entire experience was excellent from the first phone call to schedule the estimate to the completion of the job. The company is very professional and very kind. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the sales guy. He offered me options in my budget range and was very helpful throughout the process. He even came back a second time as I needed to think things through and never made me feel pressured. The installation guys were very prompt, performed their job well, and cleaned up beyond expectations. I loved that they moved all my furniture and put it back right where they found it. I highly recommend!!!

This company is fantastic. They did a great job and did everything they said they would do. We will use them again in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend them to only one. Very very happy with the whole experience

i need carpet upstairs & down. speaking with the carpet guys they were very curtious and pleasent. they were also very patient with my husband since he didnt wake up and answer door the first attempt they came out. well they got the chance to get in house and measure etc. they'r estimate was extermaly high. so called another outfit and there estimate was almost a $1,000.00 less! wow what a difference, right. so i'm not going with the carpet guys there estimate was ridiculosly high. they wouldnt even work with me when i told them i wanted to do.$ 3000.00 was to much to carpet basement. couldnt imagine what they would of wanted to do the upstairs 3 bdrms.

These guys were patient and professional. The caprpeting for my first bedroom was installed about a year ago, in the meantime life happened, my Mom passed away and the room and the hallway and down the stairs needed to be painted. The Carpet Guys held on to my carpet and when I called, @ a year later, they came out and finished the job.

We never heard from him again. After waiting five days, we called the office and a woman said that she would find the estimate and fax it to our business. She never did. We waited all weekend and called again on a Monday. When we called, they had no idea where the estimate was and that they would have the estimator call us, if we could remember his name! Of course, we couldn't as so much time had passed. They promised to find out and have him call us. Two weeks later, we still haven't heard from these guys. Very, very dissatisfied. Would not consider again in the future under any circumstances. Couldn't even give us an estimate? Wow.

I told them on the phone that I was looking for a carpet with a weight of 60 or more and explicitly said to the woman on the phone that I wanted to make sure that they brought carpet samples that were of a quality I was looking for. When the woman arrived she never asked me about my price range just what I was looking for. I showed her the space and she went out to my car and brought back some carpet samples that were very low quality. I told her that I was looking for something much more plush and high quality of a 60 weight or higher. She kept trying to sell me some of the poor quality carpet that might be in a color that I liked. I told her over and over that I was more interested in quality than color and I was flexible on color and that what was most important is that it was soft, plush, and thick. She continued to try to push the low grade "cheap" carpet on me. I put the word "cheap" in quotes because it was their cheapest carpets even though the price was double what I had been quoted from other companies for very high quality carpet. What they had for a 30 weight was equal in price to what I had been quoted from Shaw and Home Depot for 70 weights. I then just stopped her with some force because she just kept trying to push the crappy quality stuff on me and said to her, where is the high quality stuff? She then responded that she was trying to stay in my price range and that is why she was only bringing in the low grade stuff. I asked her how she could stay in my price range when she had never even asked me my price. She couldn't respond. I asked her if I could see some samples of a nicer carpet and she admitted that she didn't have anything of a higher quality in samples. I asked why when I had directly told the scheduler that I wanted nothing less than a 60 weight and she said she had not been told that and that she would have had to go to the company and pick up other samples because she typically only carries the low grade stuff with her in her car. I told her I was not interested in anything of this quality so she said she would take down the names of the samples I had in my house from Shaw and see if she could find it at her company and she left. She never called me back as promised to give me prices on the higher quality carpets or followed up in any way. Even with the coupon for $675 off in Angie's List's booklet their price was almost double what Shaw quoted me and the carpet was commercial grade, cheap and scratchy. I would never put their product in my house.

they are a little pricey and should have checked with some other companies. They also did not have a great selection of carpet for my tastes

The workers were wonderful and had the job done in 7 or 8 hours. They were very careful not to damage anything and did a good cleanup. That was the good part. In the beginning, when the salesperson came to see me with his samples, I was surprised at the few choices of light colored vinyl he had. There were only 3 light colors to chose from. A solid white, solid beige and a marbled taupe, light,medium and dark shades. I difinitely did not want a solid white or beige so I choose the marbled taupe (wouldn't show dirt as easily). This was from the Armstrong Good sample book. I would have preferred a better quality vinyl but they had only dark colors in the two books of the better vinyl that he showed me. There was only one square with a one inch surround of the pattern I chose. The salesperson said most of the squares in the pattern had more of the light taupe than the dark. The price was another problem. He quoted me $3200 for 300 square feet. This price was supposed to have a reduction of $650 which they advertised. No way was I going to pay that much without getting other estimates. Then he reduced the price to $2700. Still too high for me. We continued to haggle, I wasn't really happy with my choice of a lower quality vinyl.and not sure if I even liked the pattern. He came down to a price of $2350, so I agreed to the sale. After the flooring was laid the pattern was very busy and not something I would have chosen if I had seen a larger sample. That's my mistake I should have taken more time and shopped around more. Again the Installers were excellant. .

Estimator came out to my house within days of my call and provided me a quote. They were very accomodiating in scheduling my services on a day that I could be home. There were a few issues with determining the timing for their arrival. I missed their call the day before and no message was left, when I called the next day they apologized and give me a time to expect their arrival. They called several times that day to keep me updated on when they would arrive. 2 individuals arrived at my house and I explained to them the job. They went right to work and were done with the job within 20 minutes. When the job was completed in no more then 20 minutes by two people I felt I had been overquoted. When I called and shared my concerns with The Carpet Guys I talked with Shawn Michaels and he immediately worked with me to satisfy me with the cost/value of the job. The Carpet Guys did excellent work and were very accomodiating with the scheduling. They were VERY professional dealing with my pricing concerns. Overall I would use them for future jobs and would recommend them to others.

THe communication was excellent and the workers were great. Nice result. I don't love the placement of one of the seams, but I am confident that if there is a problem with it, that they will return to fix it. Overall experience was great. I will use them again.

They did a great job. They were prompt and they worked really hard to get the work done in two days. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not offer to haul the carpet away and it did end up costing me to get that hauled away, it may have been my fault for not asking.

Happy with the carpet and installation. Not happy with the poorly hung bi fold doors in the bedrooms.( that I had to redo) There was some damage to the walls and cracked molding. I understand that might happen, but am surprised that they never mentioned it to me. When you buy new carpet your main concern is your carpet, you are busy looking down at the floor at your new purchase and how nice it looks. In the meantime they ask you to sign a piece of paper and they leave. My wife and I both felt like they were in a hurry to leave they did not take us for a walk through or ask if we had any questions..We later found that the mattresses and box springs were put in the wrong rooms and had to be put back to there original locations. The first thing they ask for when they arrived was to be paid, I found this to be suspect. All in all the carpet is nice, but the company left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

While putting the bi-fold doors back to what they once were they couldn't get the wood track to stick to the floor, glue wasn't working so I told him that the original installers drilled holes in cement and used screws to hold it down and the installer said well I cant find the holes in the floor so he drove nails into the wood and cement and cracked the wood. I wasn't at all happy about this and asked him what he was going to do about it and he said well you know we usually don't have to deal with doors, that's not part of our job. Doors finally got installed but they weren't in line and they broke a plastic piece at the top of door which he glued and told me just don't open the door real fast and you'll be fine. The floor seemed to be completed so I went into the back yard to see how everything was going and I found that all scraps from my floor were put into one garbage bin. I told one installer how in the h*** do you expect me to wheel this to the curb, he said I just wheeled it there and I said yeah but you're not pushing 70 yrs. old are you.The next 3 weeks my wife and I had to bag it all up and put it in another garbage bin and take it to the street which was very difficult. I had a lull in having the installers back out to fix all the problems found with the floor and doors because of a death in our family ,4th stage cancer took our sister..... When I finally got ahold of manager at The Carpet Guys he set an appointment for the installers to fix problems I had found. I was asked to be patient because of the Holidays. I said ok , I understand no call, no call I called Company again and talked to Shawn Michaels MGR. He said I would be contacted soon and I was. Problems I had with my floor was all the debris that wasn't cleaned off the floor b-4 putting the vinyl down a hammer and a knife took care of that problem, he cut the floor and removed a bee bee and a stone everything else got hammered down. After reading the good reviews I decided to hire this company. The salesman Sean was very nice and very helpful. He even came out twice to show me samples. The workers showed up on time but they brought the wrong padding and after pointing it out they removed it and brought the correct stuff. I also noticed a couple of the threshold transitions that needed to be done and carpeting on the stairs needed some trimming but they came back and fixed all the issues. After the job was finished I had a disagreement about signing a paper stating I was completely satisfied with the job. But the owner Joe explained why they ask for it and apologized for making me feel pressured to sign it and was very helpful in addressing all my concerns. I am very happy with my carpet but above all else I am happy with the integrity of this company. The owner personally came out to my rental and made sure everything was perfect. He even did some work I forgot to mention when the estimate was first done. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs carpet.

Somewhere down the line, I must have misunderstood how this procedure was supposed to play out. The provider left, leaving me with no solution nor resolution, no suggestions or recommendations and they still have my $50. Never heard from them again.
