The installers were outstanding. I was getting new furniture that had not yet been delivered. I told the installers, Jose and his partner to just leave the bedroom furniture on the front porch and I would get my son to help me carry them 250 feet uphill to the road for a garbage pick up. Without me asking, I noticed that they handcarried these four pieces of very heavy furniture all the way to the road for me. I was stunned. I would highly recommend the carpet guys and their installation crew in the future

My salesman Joseph Laduke was on time and professional, helped explain exactly what I needed. Mario Romero Sr. And his helper were always on time. They worked very hard and long hours. They answered all of my questions, were extremely professional and also very friendly.

Great experience from start to finish. My sales rep, Joe, went above and beyond. The installers Sebastian and George were great. Sebastian is a perfectionist and George is hilarious and very friendly. Very satisfied with my experience. The carpet is beautiful.

they arrived at 1 pm and went right to work installing the carpet padding. they were very efficient and hot the job done quickly. The only remark I would make is they give no time frame for arrival. they call you early morning the day of so you need to take off a whole day of work for a few hour job.

We had such a great experience with The Carpet Guys! It started when the sales rep came to our home - honestly, he’s the whole reason we purchased. Brian Erlandson was straight forward and made us feel comfortable. As we discussed our options, he was knowledgable of the products and answered all of our questions easily. In the end we felt certain that we were getting a good deal and the best price. We were supposed to have another company quote later that afternoon, and it’s only because we liked Brian so much that we cancelled them and just went with Carpet Guys! Then on the date of installation, we had a major snowstorm and I was certain we wouldn’t be getting our carpet installed - but mid-morning we got a call that they were on their way! I was SO excited. Two guys came - they were neat, efficient, polite, and hard workers. We were so happy with the job that was done and LOVE having our finished basement. Would totally recommend Carpet Guys, and ask for Brian! :)

I had a great experience from start to finish with the carpet guys. Our salesman Robert R. was very friendly & knowledgeble to our installer David who did an exceptional job. What you want is exactly what you get, unlike with other companies. I will be calling them again in a few months for my remaining rooms.

Brian E. came to the house and measured the room and also brough carpet samples to us. He was so friendly and very nice to work with. Went over everything. Eric and his team did a fantastic job laying the carpet. Very pleasant to have at our home. Very careful when moving furniture (even moved the furniture back) and vacuumed the new carpet before they left. We would have The Carpet Guys back!!

The sales representative we worked with, Brian E., was a pleasure to work with and, without hesitation, we want to work with Brian E. again when we need new carpet for a different space. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision during our appointment. We had actually planned NOT to purchase carpet during our initial appointment with Brian E. and had planned to look at our options, think about it for a few days, and then make a decision and call back to purchase carpet. However, Brian E. answered our many, many questions, we found the perfect carpet for our space, Brian E. was able to arrange delivery within the time frame that we needed, and we changed our plan on the spot and purchased carpet by the end of our meeting. Sergio and his team installed our new carpet. They were fast, polite, professional, and fun. (We didn't know how they would get the carpet down our stairs that make a 90-degree turn but they made it happen without scuffing the walls!) We also wanted to use a pewter-colored gripper strip where the carpet transitioned to concrete floor under closet doors instead of the silver or gold options offered by The Carpet Guys and they were able to accommodate our request and use and install the pewter strips that we had purchased. We eventually plan to replace more carpet and when we do, we will be reaching out to work with Brian E. at The Carpet Guys and we will be requesting installation by Sergio and his team. Our sales and installation experience with The Carpet Guys, Brian E., Sergio, and Sergio's two hardworking installers all exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend.

Awesome. We needed it done 3 days before Christmas and they were done in under 5 hours. The installers were awesome and worked as a team.

From my in-home appt with my sales rep (Joe L) to the install my experience was amazing. I have received carpet from them before and got the same installer, Rafael. Rafael is so professional and nice and his quality of work is amazing. Definitely refer them to everyone I know!

Fantastic! Rebecca (sales) friendly and professional. Jesse and Morocio(installers) -they also prevented a potentially deadly situation by detecting a gas leak from a recently installed dryer. Give them a bonus!!!

From the very beginning, my sales representative Robert R. was very professional. I explained to him what I wanted, and he never tried to push me in a direction to make additional purchases but at the same time assisted me with my color selection to give be a better contrast for the tile that I had on my landing. Thank you, Robert, keep up the good work! My installer was David R. who was also very professional, I received a call on the morning of my installation to advise me of his ETA. He arrived, removed my old carpet discarded the old and installed the new carpet. I am very pleased with my new carpet install. Keep up the good work Davis R.

From our first phone call to the finished product, we were so very pleased. The sales rep, Pauline, was very knowledgeable about carpeting, and was very easy to talk to. The installer, Martin, was a no-nonsense, get the job done kind of person, who did his work well with his assistant. If we ever needed carpet again, we will certainly call The Carpet Guys, and also recommend them to family and friends.

The sales men Brian was really thorough in the products they had to offer. The Install Josh did was super clean and really worked with my needs.
