My father unexpectedly passed away and I live 600+ miles away. While in town tending to my father’s funeral and estate, I noticed the excessive wear on the carpet in his master bedroom. I was trying to get my father’s condo all set for sale before having to fly back home. My realtor suggested The Carpet Guys. He called them on a Wednesday for me and I immediately got a call from them setting up a next day appointment. Mazin came out and was very helpful and after picking out the carpeting, he called to make sure it was in stock and he called the manager of installation to see if they could get installed for me next day before I had to fly home. The entire Carpet Guys team worked together and next day I had new carpeting in place before heading to the airport. With all I had going on this was one huge relief as I headed back home. In 48 hours from our initial call I had new carpet in my dad’s master bedroom. Thanks to the entire Carpet Guys team who really went above and beyond for my family and I during this difficult time. Don’t look anywhere else for carpet! They have all the styles and brands and they come to your home with the samples and advice. You cannot go wrong using The Carpet Guys!!

Update to our review dated 7/29/18. Angie's list will not allow us to update the original Review. After seeing our 7/29/18 review, The Carpet Guys reached out to try to make things right. After some discussion, we came to an agreement which was fulfilled immediately. They didn't have to reach out but they did. They were willing to listen, and work with us to reach a resolution. To us, this matters as much as the quality of the product and installation. Therefore, we WOULD recommend using them again. Except maybe not through John... By the way, we still absolutely love the carpet!!

Everything was so easy, from the first call to the in home sales consultant ( Joe ) to the installers ( Josh and Becky Laby ). We had to reschedule due to a personal conflict, the service department was wonderful and so helpful rescheduling our instalment. Carpet Guys will handle all my flooring needs in the future. A pleasure to work with a company that still values its customer's.

Great. Josh Laby did the installation. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Josh cleaned up and removed all debris. This was the first carpet installation that I didn't need to clean up after. I will requesr Josh for any future work.

Josh and John took care of us with great customer service and prompt, professional work. There are almost no seams in the carpet, and the ones that had to exist aren't visible. Both got in right when we needed them to and wrapped the entire job, a basement and our back room in a single day. I had requested an in-home measurement, and I had planned on getting an estimate. When the individual showed up, he wanted to show me floor samples. When I requested a measurement, he told me that I would need to pick out some materials first, since he would not be able to give me an estimate unless he knew which materials that I was planning to purchase. I explained that I wanted to start with the measurements, before I began to look at materials, since I did not want to waste my time—nor his—looking at materials out of my price range. He informed me that I would need to pick out the samples first. I assured him that I understand pricing, and reiterated that I did not want to waste time looking at samples that would be out of my price range. Additionally, I told him that my request had been for a measurement, and that I would be happy to start talking materials afterwards. After he asked the other companies that I was getting quotes from, he continued To insist on showing me samples. I finally requested that he leave, and I will use a different company. I found it ironic that he kept emphasizing that they “are not a big box store”, but he insisted that there was only one way to get an estimate.

I was very pleased with them. They were very clean, patient, moved all the furniture and put it back. Very courteous, respectful and the house looked like brand new. I will recommend them and use them, again.

The Carpet Guys we’re friendly, fast, and professional. I was on a budget and in a hurry to get new carpet in my condo within a week, and they met my needs. The design consultant who came out to my home was very helpful and not pushy at all. The installers were punctual and very efficient.

The installers were truly phenomenal. The lead installer, Joe, is second to none. These gentlemen were hard workers and not only cleaned up everything but also took it with them. I had run to Home Depot to pick up the vacuum cleaner they were using, and Joe even assembled it for me! And they took the box with them so I didn't have to deal with getting rid of it. This company is a class act, and I wouldn't purchase any future carpeting requirements from anywhere else.

Salesman scammed us with plastic carpeting for a hefty price.

Brett and Josh, (Father and Son) Were great, they exceeded my expectations of carpet installers. Excellent, Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeble Workers. The Salesman/Estimator Denny was also first rate.

Our salesperson, Maz, was professional, and able to figure out quickly what we wanted and needed. The price was fair, as we picked out a high grade of carpeting and there was additional work to be done. We received the whole-house discount, and because our son had referred them to us, he will also get a $100 thank you referral fee from the company. The Carpet Guys arrived on time the day of installation, were great to work with, and did an excellent job. Our installers were Brett, Josh, and John, a father-sons team that worked extremely well together. They spent the entire day at our house, as the job entailed moving the large furniture and pulling up the old carpet. We are so pleased with the results! The carpet is low but a dense pile, exactly what we wanted for the wear it will get. The installation was perfect - seams that are undetectable, edges fit snugly up to the baseboards, and stairs that are covered beautifully, even improving upon the way the old carpet had been installed. The installers were very efficient in the clean-up, removing all scraps and old carpet and pad to the front of our lot for garbage day pickup, vacuuming the new carpet, and returning the furniture to the proper rooms. We highly recommend The Carpet Guys, and if you can get the installer team of Brett, Josh and John, even better.

The young men doing the installation where polite and efficient. They arrived when expected and worked constantly until the job was completed.

Excellent, the job was estimated at two days to complete but the "hard surface installer" Brandon stayed until the job was done and was very courteous and polite. The vinyl I purchased had a very complex pattern which had to be very difficult to install, However it came out perfect with the seams virtually impossible to detect.

It was wonderful. Where we Live we do not have trash pick up and we have to contract someone to come pick it up. This company installed and also removed the old carpet for me so I would not have to worry about it.

WE hired this company to replace carpets and I have very mixed feelings about his company. The crew was pleasant and professional and I am very satisfied with the job they did. My dissatisfaction is on the management and contract side and the cost. I did not do due diligence - my fault. However, the sales contact assured that old carpets will be removed from the property and disposed of. I took it for granted and did not ensure it's properly reflected in the contract. As the result, we were left with piles of old carpets on our driveway, $350-500 worth of waste to dispose of . I am left with a very negative impression of this company.

I was very pleased from the time I called until the job was complete. The person that answered the phone was very nice. The salesman was friendly and not pushy at all. I felt like he just wanted to help me find the right carpet. The installers, Jesus and Jonathan, did an excellent job. They spent a lot of extra time because I had 3 lamps and a phone that had to be taken out and reinstalled through the floor to the basement. They are hard workers and were very careful with moving my furniture.
