The entire experience was great from the person who confirmed our appointment the day before to the design consultant who showed us what we were looking and was very considerate about keeping us within our budget. I had a great experience from start to finish with The carpet Guys. I stopped by the showroom and was greeted by a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile. A gentleman named Dale Clacher came out and showed me several different options for my new flooring. He was very helpful and patient with me. I didn't feel any pressure and left with samples to take home and consider. What a difference from the other showrooms I visited. Thank you Carpet Guys!

Future project. Although very pleased to fine them through their social media presence managed by David C. I also learned they move furniture for FREE (bonus!), and are engaged in community outreach through their Toys for the Salvation Army program. Looking forward to moving forward on a project I've been waiting to do at some point in the very near future! Very pleased with the options.

We had a salesman come out for an in home quote. He was very kind and took measurements quickly, but he didn't seem to know much about the product. We wanted a pretty standard carpet (grey and soft, not the loop kind), and he had literally one option. He had lots of beige options though which we didn't want. Price seemed good but after doing more research, it wasn't the best quality for that price so I'm very glad we looked around. We ended up hiring another company.

Sales person was out to the house within a few days, and was very professional. The installers Joshua and Rick were very quick to remove the old, and and replace with my beautiful new carpet. They were very professional and friendly, and explained things as they went along. They cleaned up and removed the old carpeting, then vacuumed!! When they were finished they replaced my furniture, even though I told them they didn’t need to, and that was a really big help. I’m very happy with the work they did and would definitely use this company and installers again. Can’t wait to do my next room. !! 🤗

Deanna in sales was prompt, friendly and helpful. Josh and Becky did an incredible job with installation. Attention to detail was great. Professional and friendly. Furniture moved. Old carpet & pad removed and taken away. Furniture put back. They even vacuumed. I am extremely happy with the job they did. I am looking to have bedrooms done in the spring and I would definitely call Carpet Guys again and would want Josh and Becky to do the work.

Great. The installer made this for such a pleasant experience! Having a contractor to the house is not my favorite thing, but Josh L was so professional,efficient, and pleasant, it really was a great experience. His beautiful wife, who is also professional and pleasant came towards the end to help wrap the job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Josh L for any carpet job,

Sales Rep #1 showed up and took measurements. I had some very technical questions regarding use of stain resistant chemicals. Rep called his superior a couple of times. Superior said he would send out his guy that knew all about the questions I was asking. I said it would be best if we just came down to the show room since they already had the measurements. Superior said it was best if the other sales rep came back to the house so I agreed. Sales rep #2 arrived 3 days later without the measurements from the first time around. Did not have answers to any of my previous questions but said he would ask his suppliers. Did not bring the carpet samples for the lines I was interested in. Retook measurements and suggested we come to the showroom. Made an appointment for the showroom. 3 days later Sales Rep #2 arrived to the appt at the show room 30 minutes late. Still did not have answers to my original questions about the use of stain resistant chemicals. Said he would email me answers and a new quote incase there was a "formula error" in his quote to carpet most of the house for $13,902. Total square footage was about 1,800. It was a high end carpet but that price still seemed very high.

Nick and Shawn Michaels in installations are RUDE!!!! The customer service ladies and Jasmine are very professional. INSTALLERS Josh and Rebecca are absolutely phenomenal. They care, great work and I felt very comfortable with them. I would love to have Josh and Rebecca work for me again!

On October 23, 2018, Josh L. and Becky L. of The Carpet Guys installed our beautiful, plush carpet! My husband and I found them to be polite, knowledgeable and quick to finish the job. They cleaned everything up, put furniture back into room, and Josh even gave advice on how best to care for the carpet. We will definitely seek out this company for future carpet installation projects, and refer our friends and family to The Carpet Guys!!! (PS, I love their tv commercials!)

Not satisfied with the seams. The worst one in between the living room and dining room. (Hi traffic area)They sent an expert to re do it, it’s not as noticeable as before but I don’t feel it should have been there in the first place. The previous carpeting’s seams were in way less conspicuous places. Don’t understand why they couldn’t have done it the same way.

I had new carpet installed in my upstairs condo. Both bedrooms and the stairwell were done. Nathan was the consultant that came out initially and he was a pleasure to work with. He brought samples in the house and we discussed my options and pricing. Nathan was very professional and answered all my questions. Brett and Alberto were the installers that came out to do the install. They did an outstanding job. They were incredibly meticulous and took time to get job done right. They stayed the entire day to get it done and made sure to cleanup along the way. The carpet looks amazing and i couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Becky L. and Josh L. did a wonderful job installing our carpet. They were courteous, professional and punctual. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you for doing such a great job!

The job is very well done. Fernando Hernandez and Josh were installers. They were very professional and the carpet installation on our stairs, hallway and den was done very nicely. Very hard to detect the joints on stairs. The stairs alone took more than one day. Looks so nice now. Also, the sales person Matt Wojtkowski was very responsive and always called us back even after the job was completed.

Had to cancel installation due to expense issues and they tried to charge me a huge fee to cancel! Super unprofessional. Wouldn’t suggest ever doing business with them.
