Josh L., Becky L. And Mike did such an amazing job. I have very old stairs and when they were done they looked amazing. So professional and polite. An amazing team. I wouldn’t want anyone else to lay my carpet but these three. Above my expectations.

It exceeded expectations. Josh L.and Jeremy were so professional and polite. They went above and beyond on our steps as we have an older home that we just purchased and the old carpet smelled HORRIBLE and the steps not exactly perfect. IT LOOKS SO NICE and smells GREAT. Clean up was immaculate. Super Impressed!! Maz our salesman was also great, showed me many samples and explained which would hold up best in a HIGH traffic area. No PRESSURE just facts. I will highly recommend these 3 to EVERYONE !!!! Thank you so much !!

Wow! The Carpet Guys came out to our house the day after we contacted them. Carpet was installed shortly after when we requested. Josh, Becky and Jeremy were so great to have in our home. Professional, hard working and did great work explaining as they went. Answered all of our questions and gave us tips on our new carpet. The company was a referral form a friend and we will definitely be passing on the recommendation! Thank you!

Josh, Becky, Jeremy, were amazing. Very professional, and knowledgeable. Came in did the carpet install, told me what they were doing and why. Josh even added some trim in my foyer, because the old carpet was thicker and the new berber left a gap. I would HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends!

Sales person that came out to give estimate and quote was extremely punctual and very polite. We were slightly difficult customers who were indecisive and changed our minds many times. He was extremely patient with us and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Made two different trips to house and helped get us a deeper discount. Install team was excellent and also went above and beyond. Carpet is great quality and a great price. Will be hiring them again when we do the rest of the house. Great decision.

A very small job (LR, hall, BR, stairs and landing for 53 total sq. yds.) turned into a multiple day affair and it's still not done. They were late the first day (Friday, July 26, 2019) and only installed the LR and hall. They stopped at the BR and stairway because after removing the existing carpeting, they found that the floor tiles were curling up in the BR and linoleum was coming loose on the stairway. They refused to remove the tiles or linoleum. My husband and son removed the tiles and linoleum. They came back the following day (Saturday, also late again) and spent hours doing a 10x11 BR and stairway. But they were short carpeting for the 5' landing at the top of the stairs. They were supposed to come back the third day (Monday, July 29, 2019) to finish the landing, but they were no-shows without even a phone call. Dave from Carpet Guys called me Monday afternoon, to reschedule them to finish the job. They are scheduled to come back July 30, 2019. We shall see. The salesman obviously also measured incorrectly. The whole job has been a mess, and i would not recommend this company, or at the very least, the installation crew. On the plus side, I do love the carpeting.

Our installation was an excellent process. We picked our carpet and a couple named Josh and Becky L. came to install it. They were punctual, efficient and professional. We were amazed at how fast the process went. They explained what they were going to do and did it at its finest. They took up the old carpet and discarded it properly and installed the carpet that we chose. It looks so neat and we are thoroughly pleased. Josh and Becky L. were courteous, friendly and were a breath of fresh air. I loved the fact that they are married and work as a team. Project went well. Salesman was on time and knowledgeable. Installers did a nice job as well as cleaning up after their work. Would hire again.

Our experience with The Carpet Guys was less than impressive. I would not recommend their service. I informed the sub-contractors prior to the start of the job that we just had our hardwood floors refinished a week prior and asked that they cover the floors in the area they were working to protect the floors. They covered some areas, failed to cover the area in front of the staircase and there were several deep scratches because of their careless workmanship. Paint was chipped off the walls on the staircase and there were areas where the seams were visible. There were also a few areas where the carpet was not cut and glued properly. One of the workers was on his cell phone during most of the time he worked, at some point a 2nd crew of workers came and the 1st crew left without notifying us that they were swapping out crews. Lastly, we advised the work crew that they had full access to the use the bathroom on the first floor; one of the worker's used my master bathroom and deposited the used toilet tissue on the floor instead of flushing the tissue. An Install Manager came out and attempted to correct the areas of concern, he did an acceptable job. However, we refused to allow them to repair the hardwood floors, as it would void our warranty with the company. I elevated my concerns to another level of management explaining why I did not want The Carpet Guys to repair the hardwood floors and the cost to repair would be a minimum of $450 per hardwood flooring company and his response was, "how do I know my guys damaged your hardwood floors". After I became verbally upset over his insinuation that I was lying he stated he wasn't trying to argue just send him a paid bill. After spending over $8,000 cash for the carpet install, and I told them the hardwood floors were finished a week prior to their job, which we paid almost $7,000 cash for, why would I haggle over less than $500. Never ever would I recommend anyone use this company, save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Had an excellent experience. Josh L and Jayden were very professional. They made sure the carpet to lay was correct and did a very high quality job of laying the room carpet and stairs leading up to the room. They showed me their work when they were done and asked if I had any questions. They were very kind and thorough. I would definitely hire them again. Thank You.

When Josh amd his wife arrived to install the carpet, we were immediately put at ease with thier friendliness and sweet personalities. This job was a huge job and took all day without them taking breaks. They were extremely hardworking, precise and very easy to talk to! They were kind, engaging, amd considerate to our 4 young children as we tried to keep them busy. Throughout the installation process they explained things to my husband and I, regarding our home's condition from having cracked cement and old baseboards, that we hadn't realized. They worked hard and long to complete the job and they did an INCREDIBLE job! We were hesitant to take on an expense like 2400 square feet of carpet, having young children, however Josh and his wife made us feel so blessed with the decision we made. Inwill recommend them as installers from The Carpet Guys, to anyone I know in the market for flooring.

Grant and Dave were awesome. Arrived on time. Very personable, fun to have here all day. Perfect installation. Left room so tile in foyer could be installed. Took longer than they expected. Entire condo, closets and basement stairs. Please let them know how much appreciated them and their work. I recommend them as installers... Decided to go with the Carpet Guys when their price/product/financing was better than Empire and others. Went with a Mohawk RevWood floor and their premium carpet. Both the hard floor and carpet installation teams were awesome. After uncovering some surprises, they were able to get layers of cheap laminate that had been installed by the previous owner stripped out to get down to the subfloor (which previous contractors should have done). Installers were very professional and the floors look perfect. Would definitely hire again.

They came to me and installed carpet the next day. The husband /wife team Josh and Rebecca of installers did a fantastic job, were very friendly and had great tast in music. Thank you for the wonderful job!
