Description of Work: I had them install gutters in my house a couple years ago - they did great work at a great price. However, I tried to contact them late last year to do another job. I tried emailing them, calling them, leaving messages for nearly a full month. I never received one response. For this reason, I would not recommend them anymore. I would be afraid that any issues with a job would result in a lack of response. I gave the work to Alloy Gutters instead who were excellent. Approx. cost of service $1000.00

Description of Work: I had been told by another contractor I needed a new roof and sky lights. I called Richards for a 2 nd opinion . Jim came out and inspected the roof and shy lights. He told me roof looked no older than maybe 10 years and looked very good . He checked around the sky lights etc. only thing that needs done is to get tree droppings off with a leaf blower. I feel this speaks highly about his honesty as a company and will call him if I have any problems in the future

Description of Work: Richards has the most professional roofing team I've ever seen and did an outstanding job; the entire roof plus flashing and rotted wood replacement was completed in six hours. Since we live on a hill with a retaining wall in front, the shingle bundles could not be delivered to the roof via the conveyor truck. Instead, the best the truckers could do was deliver them to the upper front lawn, meaning that the crew would have to carry the bundles up the ladder by hand. We thought this would slow the team up, but it didn't. A crew member brought them up to the work locations as needed and the work continued on schedule as promised.

Description of Work: Excellent ! On time and very honest!

Description of Work: Went up on roof, checked condition of shingles, caulking around flashings, water seal protection around air vents and hardware fastening satellite dish to roof. Told me roof shingles had about 4 more years of life. Jim came out day following my call. Was very pleasant and candid. I put him in my "keeper" file.
