Jim did the work that he promised in the time that he said it would be done.

Very well, they gave me an estimate of the cost per half hour, did their work, asked if I wanted them to do any more, and did that. My leaking inside the house stopped immediately. They were courteous, efficient, and the charge was what they had quoted.

The company representative, Jim, was knowledgeable and forthright in recommending what was needed to properly repair/replace our roof which had been leaking. The shingles that were chosen are very attractive and complement our home. Due to a shortage of the shingles originally ordered, we received an upgrade to 40 year shingles at no additional cost. Several portions of our roof are flat and could not be replaced with traditional shingles. They applied a torch-down system that is recommended for flat roofs. A few areas required new plywood which was replaced. Jim came out within an hour of my call to give an estimate and the work was started the next day. It took less than 1 1/2 days to complete. Jim called several times to update me on the progress of the job. He personally came out to inspect the work and make sure the job sight was cleaned up appropriately. He also gave me an estimate on gutter replacement that was completed a week later.

The quote was the lowest and they offered the best warranty for workmanship; 10 years. The job was done well, and the representative Jim was friendly and responsive. They did not try to sell upgrades and insurances like some other companies.

They arrived bright and early at the time specified and begun work right away. Brought in tarps to help protect plants and property where needed. Had as many as 6 guys on the roof at one time working very professionally together. By 3pm they were almost done with the main roofing job and just spent the last couple hours with a couple guys finishing up the details and cleaning up around the property. Had to come back to work on a small issue that came up at the end of the work day, but stayed with it until everything was resolved fairly. We were very happy with the final result and treated with respect and fairness the entire way through the process.

Mr. Richards responded promptly to our request for an estimate and was punctual in keeping the appointment. He was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate. We ultimately decided to go with another company, even though the estimate was higher, because they noticed problems Mr. Richards did not mention (e.g., unvented cupola on the garage) and proposed solutions to problems that seemed more durable to us.

Very responsive and quick to reply to request for estimate. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable sales (Jim) and inspired confidence that the job would be done to our satisfaction. No high pressure tactics used which was refreshing. Work crews were punctual, friendly, professional and helpful. Entire job took a day and a half, including inclement weather.

Richard's was professional and friendly and had the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up well when they were done and I had absolutely no complaints about them. They are definitely a first rate company.

Because we had a leak in our roof, they said they would schedule us on a priority basis. They were among the most reasonably priced. The guys showed up when we were told they would. The work took about a day and a half. We went up in the attic to see what it looked like from there, and it looked like they had done a good job. Their quote included 2 pieces of plywood to repair any damaged wood, but they only used one, and took $30 off the total price. No problems to date.

They were professional and their price was great. Their quote was within $20 of the other company I decided to go with.

Their work was fantastic and I was pleased with how everything came out. They showed up on time everyday and they were very detailed. I was really happy with the price I was charged. Everything was excellent from the customer service to the completion of the roofing job.

I was very satisfied by the quality of work this roofer did. The roof looks and works really well and they cleaned up as if they were never here. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone, including my neighbor, who is using them this week.

The job went extremely well. Old shingles were torn off and new shingles applied. In addition, one section of the roof was sagging and had to be braced from underneath before the shingles were applied. The workers were very professional, hard working and courteous and answered all of my questions. Their efforts were even more impressive since the two day job was done under 93 degree temperatures. The owner, Dale Richards was on the scene both days to check on the work. His original estimate was accurate and very fair. I especially appreciated his telling me that my shingles were not totally worn out and giving me an inexpensive estimate to repair the roof if I wanted to wait. I would definitely recommend Richards Roofing.

I was very happy with the professional job these men did on my roof. They cleaned up very well when they were finished. I wish they had left me some shingles though as this seems to be what most contractors do before they leave.

When he first initially called me, I really liked how professional he was in selling his business. The rates he quoted me were great and when they were done, the end result looked great as well.

Terrific. Jim was our main contact and was extremely responsive. He returned our calls quickly, answered all of our concerns through the entire process and gave us by far the best estimate. He took full payment only after the job was done to our satisfaction and the job was done on time with no problems. They had some issues with the gutter guard system installed years ago but went out of their way to make it right. If you need any roofing job done, call these guys!

We thought Richards Roofing did a great job from start to finish. Jim came out and looked at the house and gave me an estimate on the spot. He also supplied me with a sample booklet of shingle colors (they were the only company who did this with their estimate). We found this to be extremely helpful in making a decision on roofing color. Jim also provided a color recommendation when I asked for assistance. My husband called Jim a few times with questions about the roofing job and his calls were promptly returned. On Monday morning, the roofing crew showed up at 7:30 am as planned and worked through the day. All of the guys were very friendly and professional. They covered my trees so they would not get damaged by the roof tear-off. Some of the guys focused on the tear-off and two of the guys shingled. The two shinglers returned the next day and finished the job. The clean-up was great. Overall, we are super happy with Richards Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was a quality job from start to finish. The estimate given was fair and the final price was the same as the estimate. Employees showed up when they said they would. Work was completed on time. Cleanup was excellent. I am extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Richards Roofing to anyone. I wish that all home repairs would be as enjoyable as this one was.

Jim, the salesperson, was very friendly and helpful. We had over six other estimates from other companies for the same work, the highest being close to $12,000. Both he and the owner, Mr. Richards, was on site for inspection of progress. The crew began in the morning and completed the work in a professional manner by 5:00 pm. They cleaned up all waste material and the dumpster was removed that evening. The seamless gutters were installed the next day in about 3 hours. Both the new roof and the the gutters look great. A top notch professional team. We are very happy with the end result. We will use them again on our new house that will be built on the lot next door to us.

Very well. The estimate given by Jim Swift was explained to my satisfaction. The crew arrived early and worked hard. Each day the ground and surrounding area were cleaned of debris. Final payment on the job was not collected until the work was finished to my satisfaction.

The representative from the company arrived earlier than stated, looked at the roof, and let me know that the roof had not failed - I was getting water in through a gap in the siding. He told me my roof was in great shape and wouldn't need to be replaced for at least 5 years. I felt that the representative was extremely honest and didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. I will definitely be calling them again whenever I have any roofing issues.

We did not and would not hire this company for any future work.
