They did a good job. I have no complaints. I had previous cleaners that left the carpet way too wet but he did not. It was dry within a reasonable time.

The owner was very responsive. The tile and grout were cleaner but did not appear much different than before the service. Carpet was cleaned and supposedly had a dirt protector put on it but the carpet has soiled very quickly. A stain in one carpet seemed to be worse instead of better.

Everything went very well. Patrick was polite. He was going to be 15 minutes late & he called to let me know. He sealed the tile and grout and made it look as good as possible. I did pay extra for the amount of tile we had.

I am a repeat customer! Patrick did a superior job and I will give him more business in the future.

It was great. I was very concerned about smells because I'm very prone to migraines. I shared this with Patrick on the phone and again when he arrived and we came up with a good solution. He ended up mostly using the very hot water in the carpet and an orange based cleaning product on the chair. There was no smell at all. I couldn't have been happier. He honored the pricing that I found in a special and remembered that he told me he would when he arrived. He was very pleasant to work with and professional. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

The service provider called me to let me know he would be arriving in approximately 30 min, I had a number of contractors in the house at this time. He was able to work around the other contractors and complete work of all of the furniture in pillows in a short amount of time. The furniture looked great and smelled great, he even cleaned all of the pillows!

He was quick but he was still thorough which I like, he was friendly, he came and did the job, the job that I purchased, but he was very friendly, I thought that his company, the carpet cleaning was more thorough than other companies I've used in the past. I will use them again.

He came out just as we'd planned, and he did everything I asked. He volunteered to spray something with microbial spray, and we set two appointments for that and he didn't make either one. I called him after the first but not the second.

He came in and worked at an even pace it only took him an hour and 45 mins. He sprayed soiled areas first then cleaned moving everything and putting it back when done. Except the big heavy furniture like my entertainment center and my big desk, bed and dressers. He did my closet too!! My carpets look so good and smell fresh. He also sprayed a scotchguard on all the areas that he cleaned. He said he would guarantee his work for a whole month should I find anything that was missed or any mishap that should happen. He is such a nice friendly guy too, answered everything I asked with a nice friendly smile. I would recommend him for sure. :)

He did an excellent job. He repaired some of the grout that was cracked due to a poor tile job.. Cleaned and sealed all the tile in the bathroom.. I will be using his services again. Also, tell my friends about the excellent work that he did.

He was on time. Very courteous and professional. Did a great job on a carpet that had some difficult spots to remove.

Upholstery looks great! My furniture hides dirt well and I can see the difference. He was professional and work was performed well. I will definitely use him again! Also, I'm glad I decided to add the rugs in at the last minute. They also look really good and the price to clean them was reasonable.

Patrick was great. He stayed calm and accommodating even though he was sent to the wrong address at first-not his fault...probably mine. He just headed to the new address and did his work promptly once he arrived. He talked me through the process and did a nice job. There were some areas of my white grout that needed additional attention/painting which did not come with the basic cleaning but Patrick advised me in detail how to fix it if I did not want to pay for the additional service, which was nice. He was helpful, knowledgeable l and personable and I would hire him again. He also quoted a future carpet cleaning and gave me advice on a variety of the green options he offers.

Removed most stains on very old (20+ years) carpeting. Returned to remove a spot left on slate. Provided a month of warranty for any stains or new accidents.

The service was very nice. They did a good job. He was very friendly and concerned when he was cleaning my furniture about how it would affect my wood floors. He was very efficient. He did a really good job and he made sure he did his job right.

That turned out well and he did a great job. The owner himself came out. He did a basic cleaning as well as got out some stains too as well. I was overall satisfied.

They did a fantastic job. There were a couple of light blue spots that we found afterwards so we called them and they came out again to correct. The technician said that it was from the cleaning solution but he was able to easily get it out. Carpet looks great.

Patrick did a fantastic job. He took his time and worked diligently. He even came back, at no charge, to touch-up a spot. The floor looks like new. Highly recommend this vendor.

We decided to use McDonough Carpet Cleaning because of the excellent reviews that were written on Angie's List. I especially liked that the owner was the one that did the actual cleaning. Patrick did a excellent job of cleaning, treating and removing stains. He was prompt and did quality work. We will definitely be using him in the future as well as recommending him to friends and family.

I've always had my carpet cleaned by the big name companys before but never again! I have a light almost white colored carpeting which was looking pretty grey to be honest. Also I previously had a cat leave his mark in quite a few different spots so Patrick had his work cut out for him here. He politely worked with my schedule, was prompt and very professional. Even though he told me he had two more jobs after mine that evening, he took his time and really worked on those spots I mentioned. My carpet dried quickly and looks white again. I also want to mention that before when I had my carpets cleaned, spots would appear out of nowhere a week or two later and because it's taken me so long to do this review, I can tell you that is not the case even 2 months later. My carpeting looks and feels almost new. I am so glad I saw his "special deal" advertised on Angies List and will certainly use McDonough Carpet Cleaning again! I was very impressed. Sorry it took so long to write this review.

He came in time and did a very good job on cleaning my house. I'm happy with his service.
