I wasn't there to inspect the quality so I guess I got what I paid for.

Company was prompt and carpets were clean. I would recommend this company

Patrick did an amazing job, took care of pet stains and the carpet looks like new! He also cleaned 2 off white chairs that turned out perfect! We will call him next time we need the carpet cleaned and will recommend him to everyone we know!

Excellent job. We returned from vacation to find that our dog had multiple accidents on our carpet. I called Patrick, he came out in the afternoon and cleaned the carpet. The carpet looks and smells brand new. Patrick does awesome work.

Carpet cleaning was great. Sofa/chair cleaning so-so; however, not the fault of the cleaning service. Sofa/chair are white upholstery and about 10 years old, so the cleaning could not clean perfectly. They did as well as could be expected. Carpeting is off-white and they did a great job....

It turned out well. I chose to add an additional room for $40 more, and he ended up doing that. It was a good deal. The guy was a real nice guy and did a nice job. It only took an hour, and the owner did the job. He left everything clean. It was what was expected and he did a good job and he was a nice guy.

He's excellent! He started his own business. I don't know how I happen to come across them. I was one of his first customers, he's gone out on his own and he's really worked hard. He just does an excellent job, and protects the floors and furniture. He did a lot of work for us.

It was okay. There are spots that he didn't get up and I've had him clean before. He left my hall kind of wet, we had to go behind him and mop up water but other than that I was fine with it. I thought it was a great deal for someone you're getting to know. He was definitely on time. He told me that he cleans furniture and I do have a sofa and a chair that I want cleaned so I feel like having them over to do that.

It didn't go at all. I never heard from the company, they never contacted me regarding my suggested dates and I can't reach them by phone either.

He took the job on short notice, called to let me know he was on his way, was nice and professional, got right to work, did a nice job and charged a fair price. I'm happy.

They do perform the upholstery cleaning. They even have an appointment reschedule in October. They said they were going to be late. They called three times to make sure we knew what their timing issue was and made the appointment on time. They were very prompt and very courteous. They made sure we knew what was happening the whole entire time. They made sure everything was handled even if we don't need to know. They found spots in our carpet. They got them out really well. They left us a little bit of extra spot cleaner that they didn't even charge us for. They gave us the extra product so it was very nice.

I redeemed a groupon good for any 3 areas. Although the carpet was heavily soiled, there were no up charges. After the work was completed, I asked if 2 area rugs could be cleaned and I was happy to pay $50 for this extra cleaning. This is traditional truck mounted wet carpet cleaning. I was happy to have no up charges, stain treatment charges, protection etc. The work was done quickly by Patrick McDonough the owner. This was a professional job. I would use this company again and recommend to my friends.

I was very pleased with the service and Patrick's professionalism. He was running a little late, but called me to let me know and called again when he was on his way. I scheduled this for after work which was great not to give up my weekend time. Price was great. The price was more than $100 less than a company that advertises on TV and radio. He reviewed what had to be cleaned and confirmed the price before he started his work. I will definitely use this company again. I already marked a calendar reminder to schedule for next time.

It went pretty good. The price was pretty good. All my carpets got cleaned and so when they were dragging the hoses around they kind of rubbed paint off the trim around all the doors. They were pretty quick.

Patrick is very through. He cleaned everywhere thers is carpet including all closets, walk-in closets etc.
