They company was unable to come out in the time that I needed. The company seems to bit off more than they could handle with offering this deal through Angie's List.

Went good very nice man, and crew did what he could on a very dirty carpet..Not bad he worked hard..

My original appointment was for October 31,2014 between nine and eleven. At 11:45 am I called the Company and the lady apologized. She said she had written me down for the next Friday. She was very sorry and wanted to know when they could come out that would be good for me. We rescheduled for Monday between nine and eleven. Patrick showed up at 9:30 am and was very apologetic about the mix up on last Friday. He went to work and did a very nice job. The tile and grout really looked bright and clean. I also showed him a spot on the bedroom carpet the a painter recently caused. Patrick said I can get that out for you. I ask him what he would charge and he said consider this my thank you for last Friday. I would certainly use this company again. l

Pat explained what he was going to do, how to long the carpet would take to dry and how to care for any future stains. Pat gave us a bottle of stain cleaner also.

I found them responsive and everything happened quickly to my satisfaction. It took them less than 24 hours. I really enjoyed working with the company. They did immediate response and action.

It went fine. I had some more extra done and they charged me for that extra work. They seemed fine. Their professionalism and personality were good.

The story: I would recommend this carpet cleaning service. Very professional. Did a great job! In fact I have already recommended them. There were no negatives. My carpet looks brand new again!

The job went very well as usual. They returned a couple of days later and cleaned the tile basement floor and it looked almost new when they were finished. They sprayed a fungicide and disinfectant over the area because water had backed up from the drain during the storm. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Excellent price and service from this one-man operation - approx 1600 square feet basement tile floor was power scrubbed, stains removed, and three coats of floor finish applied. Polite, considerate - would highly recommend.

It went very well. He came and got right to work and did not take very long to complete the job. The carpet was a little more wet than I thought it would be and took a full 24 hours to dry but was worth it in the end. Once dried the carpet looks and feels great. I suppose the wet condition comes with a good deep cleaning. I will call them again. I am very pleased with the final result. Thank you McDonough and Angie. .

He was prompt, professional and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone. The only issue was a stain in our carpet that he tried to clean that didn't come out completely, but it was better than prior to cleaning. I don't hold him responsible as it was a bad stain that the carpet company should have replaced under warranty, yet was refused - he did what he could to clean it and it helped.

Great. They were a bit late, but called and let me know. They were quick and professional and the carpets looked great. He even did an area rug at no additional cost.

Excellent response to my phone call, confirmed day before and day of service, arrived right on time and did a great job. The carpets really neded cleaning and they did an excellent job. Would use again and recommend to all.

I had purchased a vintage sofa and two chairs and I explained that the furniture was old to him over the phone and in person. He was fully aware of the whole scenario. The cushions are fully reversible which were a bit aged but not dirty. He took a brush to one of the cushions that damaged the fibers of the fabric so I cannot use that side of the cushion. He was very nice and cordial. He contacted me promptly to schedule the appointment. However, I was not happy with the end result and didn’t see much of a difference in the cleanliness of the furniture.

They did a great job. Stains that I could never get out, they did get out. It was all done in a hour. Very professional. I am having them come back to do more rooms next month. Thank you.

I am a new 1st-time homeowner, so do not know much about grout cleaning & sealing. I hate cleaning tile & bath so thought this cleaning & sealing would help. I made mistake that tile & grout was not as bad I thought. The Job was done quickly and professionally. The guy who did work was knowledgeable and helped explain to me the difference in sealants and recommendation.

Patrick saved the day for my parents. They are elderly and live in Royal Oak which was hit hard with the flood from the recent disaster. I called yesterday when I found the deal for $400 and Patrick came the next day, on time. With my basement in Berkley flooded too but in a much bigger way, there was no way I could get to my dad's to help. They cleaned and disinfected everywhere, even behind the washer/dryer. It's like new and smells good. My 86 year old dad can stop freaking out now. Thank you so much Patrick, I will definitely use your services again - hopefully I won't need it for another flood though!

Very professional, cleaned and scotch guarded carpets throughout house. I was quite pleased with the results. I would hire them again.

The quote was $200. So far the experience has been pretty good. They are not scheduled until the end of this week to come out. I called about the coupon I found for 4 rooms for $100. I also added the furniture. The guy was helpful and gave me the quote over the phone. The next day the scheduler called me to set it up.

It was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased the Angie's Deal in early March but delayed the services because I was having work done on my basement. Once I booked it, the provider canceled the day of, due to a family emergency. Understood, however, when I attempted to re-book it, it was incredibly difficult to get a response from them. I finally was able to contact someone, after leaving several messages. As far as my floors go...the tile and grout look great! As long as you don't look at perimeter of each room! The edges of the tile against our cabinets, appliances and in corners look dirty, especially in contrast to the rest of the rooms. I understand that it is difficult to get to corners and edges, but there should be some way to rectify the situation. My husband, who was present when the work was being done, was told to contact them to come back out to touch up spots if necessary. However, we didn't notice it until the next day or two when everything was completely dry. And, after having such a difficult time scheduling it, I just thought it was easier to get down on my hands and knees and scrub the corners/edges myself.

My dog peed on my couch. I called that morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. They were originally to be there at 3:00 but called to let me know they were running a little late and would be there at 4:00. They arrived right on time. They were pleasant, fast and efficient. If my old dog ever has an accident again I would not hesitate to call them again.
