Description of Work: Cleaned all carpet in my house. They were very late arriving and came in with portable carpet cleaning machines reminiscent of what you might rent at grocery store or Home Depot. I was expecting the kind mounted in the back of their truck which do a much better job as they have more power. When he arrived he said they had equipment problems but this would clean as well but take a lot longer. I had originally been told it should take about two hours so I wasn't sure what to now expect. Just over an hour after arriving I was informed they were done. Carpets did look cleaner, but were soaking wet. I feel that I could have rented a machine and done the same job myself for a lot less money.

Description of Work: for 400 dollars they reverse cleaned - that is sucked up water from the basement carpeting. Overall, not worth it > still very wet and had to have it ripped out anyways. Gentleman was pleasant, timely,etc but not the deal i hoped for

Description of Work: The only problem I had was, I changed my date and for some reason they did not put it in their books correctly and so no one came at the appointed time. They responded quickly when I called and asked where they were and they immediately made another appt for the next day. Except for that, there were no problems and so far we are satisfied. We also have a 30 day guarantee.

The carpet had streaks after cleaning which I showed him and he quickly offered to redo that area. Did not completely fix issue but better, so probably an issue with the carpet.

Not only was the carpet clean, but the upholstery was spotless! We've always had Stanley Steemer clean our carpets an upholstery, and they've never come even close to cleaning our furniture the way this company did. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!!!
