DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY!!! He never showed up or had the decensy to call. I called him and left a voice mail. Several hours later he returned my call and said he had an emergency job that came up. He said he was still coming in a few hours. Few hours later his wife called me and said he pulled his back out. Just frustrating to find a dependable person these days. Wasted my entire morning and emptied out all of the bathrooms for nothing....ugh...

After purchasing the big deal from angieslist, I called them two days later. Very easy to make an appointment. McDonough called me 30 minutes before coming and arrived pretty much on time. everything like what I expected.

We were very happy with the work that Patrick did! When choosing a company, It was most important that we found a cleaning service that didn't do a rush job and one that paid careful attention to our carpet. Patrick spent several hours making sure our carpet looked great. He also cleaned the tile and resealed the grout in our bathrooms and kitchen, this service came out way better than we expected. I have already started referring him to other family members, and will definitely be using McDonough Carpet Cleaning for future projects.

McDonough Carpet Cleaning squeezed us in just before Thanksgiving which we appreciated. He was on time, fully explained the service, did a very thorough job and finished in a timely manner. A few of the worse stains have resurfaced but Patrick left a stain remover to use with this. Completely professional and would recommend this them for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.

Patrick was very easy to hire. He did a great job with the carpets and felt like he cared. The little things matter like putting off wall guards for the hoses so the corner beads dont get ruined.

Patrick came over at 4:00 p.m. give me an estimate to clean a large white sofa and chair and gave me an estimate of $99.00. I said ok and he cleaned them immediately and did a GREAT job. The front of the cushions on the couch were quite stained from what I think was levi dye rubbing off and the tops of the back cushions were dirty from pets (cats) constantly laying on them. The couch and chair arms and cushions were dirty from normal wear and tear and especially because they are white. He did a wonderful job cleaning everything. They look practically new. As new as nine year old couch chair can look (certainly as clean as they looked new). I am so happy with the appearance now. I was so happy that I gave Patrick a bit extra on his bill. $99.00 just did not seem like enough for what he did. Did I mention that the couch and chair were WHITE???

They did a good job. He was a really nice guy. I will have them come back to do some tile work. When I would call him, he would call back right away. They were very communicative accommodating.

It was fine. They were on time and they got the job done in a jiff. He spent the time necessary to do a really good job. My furniture and car are very clean. They did a very good job.

After calling Patrick McDonough, he came at my convenience to give me an estimate. His price was reasonable and even though it was already 5:30pm, he actually did the cleaning on the spot. Our stairs had not been cleaned in years and were extremely dirty and spotted. They now look great! Patrick moved furniture and put protective plastic under wood furniture legs to protect the wet carpet from stain. The carpet now looks great and smells really clean. Patrick worked hard and was very professional. I highly recommend him and his work.

I was in need of the rugs to be cleaned in my home and a friend had used the company and said they were good and very reasonably priced. My first contact was via telephone and Patrick was very nice and took a little time to explain what the cost would be for my rugs " about 800 square feet". he asked what kind of flooring I had in my kitchen and bathroom, i told him it was tile. He then told me about a package deal for the whole house "1200 SQF ". for 175.00 I thought what the heck. I gotta say the most inpresive part was the tile cleaning. I didnt relize how dirty the floors were. The service man "Patrick was very nice and explained the process of what he did. Lastly after the job was done and all cleaned up, I found out that Patrick was the owner of the company and just starting out, well I gotta say that it was very refreshing to see someone out doing the work and having that "personal touch" I think we are all looking for with any service we use. Do ask for package pricing, The more rooms the lower the price.

My carpet was very dirty and needed cleaning badly. They did a great job for a good price, were pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied with there work and would recommend them to anyone.
