After many years in the corporate world, Patrick McDonough, President of McDonough Carpet Cleaning, launched his own business in 2013. He wants to share his impeccable work ethic and amazing customer service skills with his clients. Patrick performs each job himself ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied, building a strong customer base. McDonough Carpet Cleaning has a 30 day stain guarantee. If for any reason you need a stain removed, Patrick will come back and service the stain for 30 days. This includes any stain, old or new, within the 30 days. Just give us a call and easily schedule a time for your touch-up. We perform professional, residential and commercial services. McDonough’s Carpet Cleaning Pledge to You: We will use only high-quality equipment and chemicals that are tailored for your properties.

Description of Work: Patrick cleaned my carpet in one room and cleaned and sealed the tile in my bathroom (floor and walls) and foyer (floor). |The carpet had pet shame all over it. After he was done, it looked and smelled great! He didn't try to sell me a lot of extra costs for special deodorizers, etc. His pet fee covered all. |The tile looked great after he finished. Description of Work: Cleaned the upholstry in the living room. Was not satisfied but he did redo the work. I was still not too pleased with the cleaning. It left many streaks throuhout the material. Does not look good. |The carpet ceaning was better but not perfect. |Patrick was very pleasant and I believe he tried to do his best. Perhaps he did not have enough knowledge about the material.

We had a small issue with our tile, but Patrick was really good about making sure we were happy. I was impressed with how kind he was.

Description of Work: Mr McDonough arrived on time and worked for about 3 hours cleaning my upholstry and carpeting in the basement and the stairway. He was able to remove spots off the couches that other cleaners could not. He worked very hard since he was the only one and the owner of the company. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would definitely use him again.
