Henry the electrician called to let me know when he was on the way and his eta. He was very professional and reviewed what had to be done and brought in all necessary, tools equipment.

Called on weekend & left message. Received prompt call back Mon AM & appointment scheduled for Tue work done efficiently.

I needed a 220 V outlet for an electric stove. The original outlet that was in the newly purchased home was noncode and dangerous.When we bought a new electric stove we thought we could just plug it in and use it. On removing the old stove I found out that the original wiring was a fire hazard (duct tape and charred wiring). On calling Joe Pizik he managed to help us the next day. Jason an experience electrician, came in and put in a new 220 V line along with a new properly sized circuit breaker.Jason was a true professional. He was courteous and efficient. He put in the new line. Jason even went the extra step by installing the cord on the new stove (not an easy task). I generally do my own electrical work,but the 220 V oven wiring required expertise. Jason had those skills. The money was worth it knowing that the job was done to code and safe.I've had quite a bit of work done on the house and this repair ranks up there as top quality work done at a very reasonable price. Iwas 100% satisfied. I'm glad I called Joe Piziik rather than trying to do this myself.

The experience was completely positive from start to finish. All personnel involved were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful - from Joe Pizik's home visits to e-mail and phone interactions with Libby and other office personnel. They were readily accessible and helped with planning and facilitating all aspects of the project, such as faxing us the form needed for pulling a village permit. We got several estimates, and this estimate was not the cheapest, but we were swayed by Joe's clear expertise, as well as by the many glowing testimonials from previous customers. We lose power often, and we had occasion to use the generator twice within two weeks of installation. It worked flawlessly and has provided major anxiety relief when major storms roll through. Now we can leave town without worrying about the pool and sump pump, so it was well worth the investment. I am not sure how big the Pizik organization is, but dealing with them is like dealing with a small family organization that provides lots of individual attention.
