Installed a nice new bathroom exhaust fan for us in our master bathroom. And unlike the one left by the previous owner, itâ s properly vented to the outside. Love the one they picked too. Itâ s so quiet you canâ t even hear it when it first starts up and powerful enough to clear all of the steam from hot showers. Michael showed up on time, he was polite, and thoroughly cleaned up any mess from the work. Would highly recommend them!

Nathan and Colton were very professional and respectful. The even brought a cloth matt to wipe their shoes off. They installed my bathroom fan and ductwork fast and wore masks on their faces the whole time. I highly recommend them!

Dustmen Eletric was great to work with. Timely install. The men that were at our house were on time, did the work professionally and cleaned up when they were done. Even mopped.

I ordered ADT Doorbell camera and one camera; it arrived in a box. When Dustmen called me after posting on Home Advisor that I needed these two items installed. The lady was very nice and when I explained to her what I had and she assured me that the electrician had installed these before and that if he had an issues he was a 'smart-cookie' and would figure it out. Electrician was very nice, but had NEVER seen the product before, had to call ADT several times, he emptied all the boxes out as well. I am in a new condo unit but apparently the voltage to the existing doorbell was strong enough, it would also disarm the current charm but he could add a new one above the old one. I was frustrated as I am sure he was. He couldn't install them, but would ask the office if I could get a 'cut' on the bill. Apparently not, so I paid the full price for hi to come from Troy to Chesterfield basically to tell me he's never installed the products, unboxed them, called ADT. My son who is from your area was furious with me basically stating that I paid for nothing ... I didn't even get a cut on your bill. I was going to get a Ring or Nest doorbell, but I can't have him back ... it was so costly - I'm on SSA and that's it. Sorry ... I debated whether I should send you this note.

Professional and quick redponse to the required service

Mike arrived early for the job. He immediately knew what my electrical problem was and quickly fixed it. He was professional and personable.

On 8-26-2020 at approximately 5:30 PM, Brian (from Dustmen Electric) arrived at my home to provide a service call for a whole house fan. At that time, I was told there was a $150 service call fee. After Brian's assessment of the fan, he found that the belt was slipping on the fan's motor. So, after he replaced the belt, I asked if he could let the fan run for about ten minutes just to ensure that the fan would not continue to stall. Brian stated that it was a 45-minute drive to his home and that he had to get back to his wife and kids. He went on to say that the job for my home was an add-on job and the end of his day. I replied, **Well if it is a 45-minute drive, an additional ten minutes to test the fan should not really matter**. So I cut the fan on and asked him to please wait ten minutes. Brian became impatient and turned the fan off after only five minutes. To my dismay, it basically became a tug of war with him as I proceeded to turn the fan back on in an attempt to ensure that it worked properly before he left. However, it did not work properly and the fan stalled out again (before ten minutes had elapsed). That is when I realized that Brians unwillingness to wait stemmed from the fact that he knew that the fan was not going to work properly. With that being said, Brian still wanted me to pay full-price for a service that returned zero results. In an attempt to come to some middle ground, I offered to pay for the service call at a price of $150. However, when I attempted to hand him my credit card, I also requested documentation of his work as with invoicing. Brian stated that Dustmen Electric adds a 3.8 % fee to all credit card transactions and that he cannot provide documentation for work since all documentation comes from the office. So, I called the office and was told that the 3.8% fee is correct. But that doesnâ t explain the paperwork. I do not know of any business that operates without providing customersâ paperwork. Nevertheless, I wrote a check for the service call in the amount of $150 and gave it to Brian before he left. Sadly, at the end of the day, I am $150 less, with an inoperable whole house fan, and no better for it than I was before Brian of Dustmen Electric arrived.

Brian and Nate were the techs on site, they were AWESOME. Very friendly and knew their stuff. Brian was working non stop from the time he got to my house. And the quality of workmanship and supplies exceeded my standards. I have more electrical projects that need to be done and I will be using Dustmen Electric LLC again

Call Dustman when my own contractor with the company put me on a two week waiting list. I call that day and with few hours there was a and service man here to solve the problem. So guest what happen to the other company.
