Bathroom fans and ductwork were installed very well. Exterior lighting also installed well. Installation personnel communication with me was excellent. They also cleaned up well.

They were really responsive. The request was not straightforward but they did a fantastic job, worked fast, super clean job and the price was good. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend.

They got me on the schedule fairly quickly after I called. We had four electrical projects of varying difficulty inside and outside the house. They came in the morning and were done by early afternoon. A little pricey, but top quality work.

i hcave tried for over 2 mths to find someone, Dustmen electric receptionist called me right away and sent someone out the sdnext morning, there was a little bit of a mix up as some of the lights orignally working were not, i called and they sent the electrician right back out, it was not his or our fault, a fuse was loose in the fuse box, the company kindly obsorbed this cost and did not charge us another service fee, very honorable, the receptionist yesterday and today were were customer service professionals and i appreciated their interest and assistence onmy behalf, over all i had an exceptional work experience with this company and i thank them for being there at a fair price when we need them. They cut the hole for the fan in the wrong spot and told me you will have a little patching to do, it happens. When I let them know that did not work for me, they said we can take a little money off. They did not apologize until after talking to their office. It might be a great company but for the PREMIUM price paid I received very poor/amateurish work. I now have to pay to have my ceiling fixed.

N/A Update: 03/11/2022 The electrician was great, the company was not. Asked multiple times about the charge and charges and was never told that it is the customers responsibility to pay for the drivers drive time no matter where they are coming from. I was charged an extra $100 when my electrician only had a 20 minute drive. This lacking of transparency between company and customer seems very extreme and I would not recommend.
