Description of Work: They cleaned heavily soiled carpets. While they did not look like new they removed all the funk and the carpets was at least walkable. The team was professional, prompt and pleasant. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: I Suspect SS franchases very with respect to quality but this company from traverse city has done a very good job for me on several occasions. They have done restoration work for me on a water damaged ground floor as well as ordinary carpet cleaning. I would definitely use them again.
