Waisted my money Never again will use this company

We had the dryer vent done first time 10 yrs ago and they did a great job.. the truck had a huge compressor and 2 guys sent the hose down from roof while the third guy disconnected dryer.. to make a long story short they did a great job. Well we been our new house now for 5 years and called them back.. well they came in a small van with 2 guys and did a lousy job... one month after they left we called another company and they said it was clogged on the roof.. we actually saw all the lint in big globs that came out .. I would go on and on but I don’t recommend any more Stanley steemer

The workers showed up on time they were very professional and did exactly what they were trained to do but for $400 I expected a lot more than what we got there were there for about an hour if that from the time they unloaded to the time they Reloaded you could do the same thing with an air hose and a Shop-Vac definitely expected more that's all I can say

The two staff were professional and courteous, knew exactly what to do, and reviewed the costs with us before beginning the job. They did recommend the odor treatment; though we weren't sure we needed it, we took the recommendation. There was absolutely no odor after the carpets had dried,; they were dry within 24 hours. Would definitely hire this company again.

great! price is expensive but fair for the work needed. had to book approx. 2 weeks in advance due to demand. team was onsite on time, professional, down to earth. worked efficiently and paid attention to the details, going above and beyond. no hidden fees, upfront pricing and final bill had no change.

The company send Brandon out to evaluate the work to be done, take photos of the inside of the ducts and quoted a price ... which was the exact amount changed at the end of the service. Brandon and Troy were very friendly and efficient. In addition to doing the work they came to do, Troy also fixed a loose piece within a cold air return. Photos take at the end of the work showed an amazing difference. We are very satisfied.

I was so pleased. This was all older carpet installed by the previous homeowner and it had pet urine and renovation dust as well as just plain old dirt. We also had second hand furniture. I was just going to ride it out until we ripped out the carpet to replace it but my daughter got married there and so we decided to have it cleaned to at least make the best of it. Stains are gone. Looks great! I can put off replacing it for quite a while because it looks so much better.

Overall, we were happy with the outcome.

Stanley Steemer was very courteous and professional. I booked the service through their website, which was very convenient. They showed up on time, and were very good about making sure they did not track dirt into the house with their equipment. The carpets looked beautiful after the treatment. The only "negative" I would say is that they tried to upsell us on a bunch of stuff - door mats, protective seal, etc. - which we felt like we didn't really need. But, I am sure Corporate requires them to make these offers to all customers, and they were courteous when we declined. The price was very reasonable, given that you only need to have this service done once or twice a year. We would definitely use them again.

It went fine. They took less than an hour to do the work. They were prompt and professional.

We have a large lake home and we have used them several times. They seem to be always on time, always available, and they do a good job. We had an instance where they did the stairway going up on the second floor. After it dried, it still didn't look clean so my wife called them and they were right out here the next day, and redone that section. It turned out to be that it wasn't dirty, it was just worn, but the guy cleaned it again and it looked better.

Providers were very professional, I was at work for most of the job but came home just as they were packing up, carpet in the house had some spots I wasn't sure would come out, they all did, beautiful job, still looks great now (5/2014).

How'd it go? We want all the details. Brandon and Allan came out to do the air ducts - they were personable, professional, punctual, and up front about what I could expect for the outcome. They made every effort to keep the condo clean while they worked. I was very pleased with the service provided. If that was the only service provided they would have gotten an A from me. Then Dave and Troy came out to do the upholstery and blinds for me. They did vacuum the most of the blinds (they missed 2 in a bedroom) and cleaned the chairs and ottoman. Everything seemed to be going fine until they left. I found after they left that 2 of my blinds were no longer working and they had not informed me of the fact before they left. I called to report the problem and they sent another team out the next day. They were misinformed about the type of blind they were sent to repair and could not do anything about my broken blinds. However they did clean the missed blinds for me at no charge. They told me that Jesse would contact me about next steps to resolve my problem. It took 2 weeks and another call from me to get a response. They are now shipping my blinds out to Levelor for repair at no cost to me. Everything they cleaned for me came out looking much better, as I had hoped. Had they handled the problem we encountered in a forthright and timely manner I would have been able to say I was generally satisfied with the service. I think I would probably hire them again to do work for me - give them one more chance.

They did a good job. I have used their services since and would use them again. I would recommenced them to others.

Two very polite young men showed up on time and got to work right away. They took the beds out of the room and took them down the stairs for me as I was going to get rid of them. I had noone to help me do this. I really appreciated their energy and helpfulness. They were efficient, quick and were in and out in no time. I would recommend them with an A+.
