Description of Work: I called Tallon Construction to fix an issue I found with my bathroom exhaust fan. Long story short, I discovered that my upstairs bathroom exhaust fan was terminated in my attic rather than discharging the air to the outside. I called Tallon on a Tuesday. The receptionist indicated that the soonest they could get out to my house was later in the week or early the following week. She also said that the job would be $200. I thought the price seemed fair for the amount/type of work being done. I asked the receptionist to get back with me when she had a firm day/time. Well, my OCD kicked in and I went ahead and took care of the situation myself. I am writting this review to tell people how impressed I was with Tallon's professionalism. The Tallon receptionist called me back 3 times in one day to confirm my availability for them to come and do the job. I was at work and missed those calls. However, I did call them back and told them that I had already taken care of the situation. I was very impressed with the company's diligence and follow up. As someone who deals with plenty of customer service reps, I can tell you that level of service is sorely lacking in today's world. I can not speak to the level of work that Tallon does (although judging by other reviews on Angie's list, they seem to do good work) but I can tell you that if my roof ever needs to have work done, Tallon Construction is the first company I am calling.

Description of Work: They repaired a replacement roof that was not done satisfactorily by another company. I used them about 15 years ago and had a good experience then too.
