It went very well. Cathy was very helpful on the phone and Dave (the serviceman) was extremely prompt, efficient and helpful!

TERRIBLE. I hired them to put vinyl siding on my garage back in March. They refused to schedule a date to install. Rather, they would randomly call me and see if I was available the very next day for install work. I travel for work, so this was not acceptable. They finally showed up in July to do the work. They showed up with a 1 man crew, at noon. He shortly left after doing not much work, because it was too hot. Several short work days later, they finally finish, and left electrical tape all over one of my windows. No note, no call. Tracy, their salesman, comes out a couple weeks later, and asks ME what the tape was for. I told him I was expecting them to come back out and clean up. Their craftsmanship was poor. Many corners aren't straight. The trim was poorly done. They left big black dirty handprints ALL over the garage, they didn't pound some nails in, they damaged my garage seal strip, they scratched and damaged some of the siding. They came back 3 total times to fix the things they damaged, but never straightened any of the poor work up, and left many parts still damaged. They were full of excuses, and offered me $100 to keep some of the scratched up siding. I had to clean up after them, after my dog kept getting sharp aluminum pieces in his feet. I had to babysit and point out all the dirty / damaged spots, for HOURS. They're unorganized, unprofessional, and now I have garage siding that looks terrible. Still dealing with them with the BBB. They will not finish the work, and keep sending invoices. They are now threatening to put a lien on my home, even though they have not finished the work. Unreliable, unprofessional, and not honest. They respond to complaints with lies, and try to make themselves look better, instead of just fixing what they did. Definition of a nightmare contractor. Save yourself the trouble, and find someone else. On a side note, they are attempting to lean on a city inspection to determine whether or not the job was completed. They only called the inspector after I filed a complaint with the BBB. There are hammer marks and spray paint marks all over my trim still. Their employees will argue with you, and leave before the work is complete, or approved.

Went as expected. On time for all appointments and work schedule. Followed up after completion to make sure that we were satisfied and had no problems.

Very good. All work done as promised.

We had previously hired Tallon to replace our roof, quite a few years ago. They were not inexpensive but did a quality job. We were very pleased. After that experience, we did not hesitate to have them do the ceiling on our porch. It took one day to remove the old ceiling and install the new one. The work was completed by one young man who worked steadily from dawn to dusk. Very professional. Clean up was great, finished job perfect. You get what you pay for.

I want to thank Tallon Construction for the flat roof installed at the back of our home (about 6 x 16 foot section). We had had a company replace our whole house roofing including the flat roof. The flat roof ended up being installed wrong despite several attempts by the company to correct it. It leaked into our brand new remodeled kitchen and ruined drywall and paint etc. So, we found Tallon Construction to redo the flat roof. Tracy Falls, their sales guy, was friendly and kind and very helpful with his advice and guidance. He was not pushy but made sure we understood what products would help or not, and which techniques would help or not. He was honest if we asked if things could be done but there was a limitation (ie not adequate spacing for adding sloping). He worked with us to make sure the roof was done so that an upstairs safety railing could be installed later without harming the protection of the rubber membrane. Unfortunately, we were a very small job and we had an extremely wet spring and summer, so our project got delayed from spring to middle of July. We wished it had been done sooner, but we also understand the weather limitations as well. The guys who installed the roof were personable and seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient with this type of torch down roof installation. They removed the previous roof, checked to make sure there were no issues with decking or rot. It took half a day inclusive of clean up. About two weeks later, we had torrential rains. We noticed our small bathroom in another part of the house had been rained into (the ceiling inside was down for other reasons). We called Tallon and they insisted on coming out and checking their work right away. Tracy Falls came out and did a beyond thorough checking complete with garden hose testing and actually helped my husband narrow it down to us having left an upstairs screen open during the rain (embarrassing!). Everything is perfect now. We are happy with the roof. A railing was installed shortly after (not thru Tallon....they do railings but we had specific design and materials required to match our lower deck...Tallon offered aluminum railings) and everything worked great with that too. Thank you, Tallon, for your flat roof expertise and for fixing the last contractor's mess. We wish we had gotten Tallon from the start for our larger house project.

They did an excellent job. They said it would be partially effective but it was completely effective.

I really wasn't happy with them. Although, after confronting the boss, he had sent the same gentleman out and went over some things with me. What he did when he came back out was put some tar over the nails that he had missed from the first time.

we had to reschedule several times they were very understanding and when we found an agreeable date they showed up on time did the work cleaned up and left in one day I was surprised that they finished so quickly I watched the whole operation and the employees were very professional and friendly.

From start to finish, working with Tallon Construction was great! The salesman who came out gave all of the information we needed to make good decisions about what we wanted. The prices they quoted were less than the other quotes we received. Other than the delays getting the necessary permit (a city issue,) The work was completed quickly and they were good about cleaning up when finished. They were very careful with our flower gardens, so as not to cause any damage. It was really easy for the city inspector. He looked at everything and was very pleased.

I had a good experience. The guy who did the estimate actually came out and did the work himself and he also helped kind of straighten somethings out of my dryer store. He went a little bit above and beyond. It was a little expensive maybe.

They were quick and cleaned up all they had removed, as well as extra materials from the work. They caused no disruption.

I just found that the quote was expensive enough and the salesperson let me feel like there's much pressure. They came and showed up when they're supposed to.

Tallon was very honest and explained the process well during the estimate. their bricklayer took extra time to match the new brick of the chimney to the existing brick.

The garage was in great need of a fix-up. The estimate from Tallon was by far the best and I am very glad I used them. They stayed with the estimated cost, were careful of the plantings around the garage and worked professionally. The garage looks great and I recommend this company.

Tallon arrived on schedule to provide us with both an estimate and a plan on how to fix a reoccurring window problem. Their work was on schedule; no loud radios blarring, no sloppy mess. They have also repaired a section of our roof the year prior (another company did the original work). Tallon provided a solid guarantee for their work. The company has an established business with solid credentials and this is how we selected Tallon to do our work.

I am very happy with the work that Tallon did. I had exposed flashing on my roof that needed to be sealed. I also needed a section of gutter added to reduce the chances of water running under the shingles and causing any damage. The Tallon inspector showed up on time and walked me through what could be done to address the concerns I had. I thought the inspector was very knowledgeable and presented good solution ideas. The Tallon construction/install rep showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job. He even went above and beyond by adding some sealer to other areas of my roof that were not part of the job description. I was very impressed with the level of work Tallon did. I felt that the price I paid was a little high for the level of work that was done. However, the quality of work, and professionalism of Tallon was first rate. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. I would recommend Tallon to anyone who needed a roofing contractor.

Our experience with them was good. Actually, I was not here, but my husband was here for the estimate. We did not choose them because they were more expensive. We had four estimates and it was the highest one. My husband said that he was really nice and he explained everything. He was on-time.

I was blown away by the professionalism and honest nature of Tallon construction. Being a first time home buyer it is a scary venture to get your inspection report and see terms like and quot;attic bafflesand quot; and and quot;immediately deal with dryer ventand quot;. Tallon put my mind at ease. We found where the dryer was venting in no time flat. After going into the attic and seeing the condition of everything, the recommendation made was to wait. I was shocked and I'm sure that the Tallon employee saw my surprise. The house was in much better shape than realized so we do not need to make any drastic construction changes at this time. When I am ready to replace my roof and siding I will definitely call Tallon as they have left a lasting impression on this new homeowner!

though a little more expensive than the other estimates, this is our third roof with them. They did a very professional and quick job--it looks great, and we are very pleased with their prep work, and clean-up as well. I think they could improve if they had their crew wear and quot;Tallonand quot; shirts instead of individual street clothes, but that was just superficial. They did an excellent job.

Their quote was for $13000. Their price was $4000 more than the other estimate that we received so we went with the company that quoted a lower price.

We'd reccomend them. It's one of the best garages around.

From the very first meeting with Dave I had a good feeling about this company. The sense of honesty and straight forwardness is what sold me. Their price was middle of the road for the bids I received. I chose Tallon based on price and the confidence that I had in them to do the job correctly. In the end I was extremely pleased. Everyone of the employees seemed to work hard and respect my property. I didn't see any shortcuts taking place. I did have a few issues that were promptly addressed. They weren't happy until I was. I have already recommended Tallon to others.
