Description of Work: I don't know why this company gets great reviews. If you are a person who grew up in a house in MidWest and know exactly what needs to be done on your house, than maybe they will be willing to provide you service. If you are like me, a new home owner and a woman, look elsewhere. I called and said that the gutters are leaking and either need to be replaced or repaired. I am willing to pay for either. I am NOT a gutter specialist do could you please come out and let me know what needs to be done. I'll follow your recommendation. The man was very nice on the phone. And then I NEVER HEARD from them again. Only white midwestern men need to call in.

+ -1 moreI was quoted $375 proir to the work. After the two man crew showed up they found that the gutters could not be connected to the downspouts as they were previously. After some phone calls they told me the estimate would increase $75 for the changes. Since they were already here I agreed to the increase. But, looking back I should havehad them just install the seamless gutters and installed the downspouts myself saving alot of money.
Description of Work: Replaced two gutters with continous (no seam) length. Also connected up gutters to downspouts disconnected from roofing and ventilation project.

+ -1 moreThey were prompt, professional, and on time. They did not harm a single plant. I chose a gutter with a special paint color and it was the correct color installed. They allowed me to watch them make my gutters and explained in detail how the machines worked. They explained that there was no wood rot and installed them. I am extremely pleased. They came out within three days of order. If not they have a 5% discount (on original order) offer which I did not use because it was installed the next day of order. I have two neighbors who requested business cards and are considering using them. I would use them again. We had a heavy rain and they worked to perfection. No adjustments needed.
Description of Work: They removed gutters in front side and rear of home and down spouts. They installed seamless gutters in same areas and downspouts. They removed the old gutters. They ran extra long runnings at no extra charge.

He also answered all my questions, brought me samples and was very professional. They also were a few hundred dollars below the other companies bidding. I will report back after the job is done.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING ABOUT ALLOY GUTTERS WAS WONDERFUL. THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP. IT WAS ONLY $2.50 PER FOOT. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT FOUR DAYS AFTER I CALLED. THEY GOT THE GUTTERS PUT ON IN ONLY A FEW HOURS.
