Alloy Gutter Inc

I made calls to several places, but Alloy Gutter got back with me immediately and they were able to fix my gutter right away. The quality is great. No complaints. They even tightened up another gutter on the front of my house that was showing some bowing as a result of previous ice damming. Now it is nice an secure.

Workers showed up on time, and communicated well with me throughout the process, so that my dogs were able to be outside during part of the process. They cleaned up really good before they left. Great company, would recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. Same day response to inquiry. Dispatcher called and gave 1 hour window for crew arrival! Wow! I have never seen that from a service company...usually it is a 4-5 hour window...not Alloy! These guys were a two man crew and knew their business. Comcast and other multi-billion dollar service companies should take a few pointers from these guys. Very much a pleasure.

They were wonderful. They were responsive to any questions that I had. They conducted themselves well. They were very courteous.

Alloy was wonderful. Estimate was done without me having to miss work to be home for it and emailed to me during the evening of the same day I initially contacted them. Their estimate was the same as one other company, and was just over 1/3 of the price a 3rd company quoted. All communication was friendly and prompt, whether by email or phone. They have a great feature on their website where you can request repair estimates and upload a picture of the area in question. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and surprisingly quietly (which was great since my 5 month old baby was home with a sitter napping). They even added a 2nd downspout (which was definitely needed). The gutters look great! If we ever decide to replace the rest of the gutters or add gutter guards, I will definitely be calling Alloy.

They did a good job, but we haven't had a large down pour to know if it will work. I'm being hopeful. I would use them again because they worked with me on finding a solution.

Our experience with Alloy Gutter was top notch from our first phone call to request an estimate to the moment the installers left us with gutters installed. We called Alloy on Monday to schedule an estimate and were told we didn't even have to be home for the estimator to do the estimate, the estimate would be emailed as soon as possible. The estimator showed up Tuesday morning and was in and out. We received the estimate via email on Tuesday night, spoke with Alloy on Wednesday and had our gutters installed on Friday. (We could have had them installed on Thursday but we were not available for the install.) The installers, Jeff and Boyd, did a great job, making sure the installation was beautiful and cleaning up so that we couldn't even tell they had been in our yard. Jeff even asked for a hose to wash the dirt off our driveway and Boyd offered to put the hose back in the garage so that I wouldn't get wet. Friendly, efficient service for a great price. I contacted Alloy Gutter on Angie's list after the company I initially hired failed to install my gutters. I received estimates from a few companies and Alloy was the best deal. Despite that in our email conversation they kept referring to me as Mr. instead of Ms. even after speaking on the phone I figured that it was a over site in the communication. I sent a email on Saturday stating which color I wanted my gutters to be since I was not going with the color that was currently on my house. I figured since it was the holiday weekend that I wouldn't get a response for a couple of days, but to say the least the day after the holiday they were installing my gutters. To my surprise I didn't expect such quick service. The guys took the old gutters with them and even showed me how the extension was put on the gutters. I am extremely happy with my new gutters and I would highly recommend Alloy to anyone looking for new gutters on their home.

It's raining and my new gutters aren't leaking - Thank you Alloy Gutters! Alloy was impressively responsive and well-priced. Two-man crew were punctual, professional and thoughtful. They answered my questions and were very efficient.

The installers were great, got right to work, were informative, and kept me in the loop about what they were doing and what the problems were. Were quick and cleaned up. The area looks much better now and the problem of the water falling over the side of the gutters is fixed. The real test will be winter to see if the snow melts into the gutter and does not form an ice puddle in the front walk. The scheduling was a little frustrating, I was first schedule for a Friday AM, from 8-12, so I stayed home from work, about 11, I hadn't hear anything so I called, they said the earliest they could be there was 2 PM, then I got a call that they could not come at all because their previous job ran long, which I understood but was frustrated as I stayed home to wait. Then I tried to schedule for the following week and a similar issue happened. So I had left it with them that I would just call when I had time. So when I got a call the following week that they were 15 minutes from my house I was quite surprised. So I had to leave work to meet them ( they did offer to do it via phone, but I wanted to be there to see what needed to be done). I did think the price was a little high, considering I was quoted from a different company to have all the gutters on the house cleaned for half the price, however they were the only local gutter company who did do gutter repair.

Very well, called in the am, showed up in the pm, called before they came to home for the approximate time the crew would arrive, arrived within the scheduled time, performed the work.

Repaired gutter leaks. Have not yet had weather to check that leaks where repaired.

Alloy came out in a timely manner and provided an estimate that they recommended would include replacing all 65 feet of gutter and installing one new down spout in a new location. They were out shortly after and did the work,which was of high quality and in only about 2 hours to perform. The next day I noticed about 3/8inch of water remaining in gutter around the down spout to about 3feet either side of the down spout.I called and asked for a readjustment of the gutter, they came out the next day were there approximately 20min and did not repair the standing water. 3/8 inch of water is not a lot of water but I don't want any more holes in the facia board. So in summary they did the job it was expensive and there is some standing water in the new gutter.

I asked for a quote, they sent someone the same day I called, the next day I had my quote with two options by email....they were the lowest price of my three quotes and could start the job right away. There was always someone at the office for contact purposes and they were very professional and courteous. The installers came on time, went right to work and had the job done quickly (they cleaned up entirely). This company didn't mess around, they stayed true to their quote, went over and above on the job, finished quickly and kept in contact with me at all stages (quote, called night before to remind me of install time, called in a.m. to confirm install time). I highly recommend Alloy Gutter, you won't be disappointed.

They called to let me know when the installers would be there and they arrived within that time frame. They started to work as soon as they arrived and they were completely finished in about 3 - 31/2 hours. They cleaned up all of the debris and were careful when they were working in my flowerbeds. My house looks terrific and I would recommend Alloy to friends.

Everything went perfectly from estimate to inspection. And, we were 30 miles from their main location.

I called for an estimate for cleaning and repairs after we noticed water damage due to leaking and overflowing gutters. After describing the problems and pointing out what I thought were the issue they quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable and they got to work immediately. In about an hour the repairs were done and one of the crew walked me around to point out what they had done, adding diverters in one area to manage the flow, and resecuring a portion of gutter along my second story roof line. I was pleased with the work they performed. One leak issue was completely resolved, but another remains. But they did what I asked. Just hard to tell what a problem is when there is not a rain storm! I am satisfied with the work performed and the courtesy of the work crew. When I am ready to replace the portion of gutter that needs a complete redesign, I will be contacting this company again

I contacted Alloy Gutter at the recommendation of another company that didn't feel they could do they work that I wanted. I sent them an email and had a very prompt reply and communication exchange. This was followed up with a phone call, initiated by them, where they, too, explained that they didn't feel the work was in the scope of what they did. Since they were the 3rd company I'd contacted, I asked the gentleman on the phone if he had any suggestions and he did! I appreciate how quickly they responded to my initial inquiry and the suggestions that they passed on. I would consider them for future needs, when it falls in the scope of the work they do.

It was a big job and they finished it in a day. However, we had a problem with wind noise and they couldn't come out until after the weekend. It seems to be fixed now and all is well.

During a wind storm around the 18 and 19 of Jan 2013, 2 sections of aluminium trim blew off the peak of the house. Alloy Gutter replaced my gutters and installed leaf guards during the summer and they did a fine job, ( see my other review) So I decided to use them again. I called them at 7:30 AM Monday morning,1/21/2013 and told them of my problem . I also e-mailed them pictures. They gave me an estimate over the phone and I said go ahead fix it . They came that same day and were finished at 10:30 AM What fast service . I would recommend this company anytime as their work is excellent .

They were prompt, courteous and answered my return calls with questions and clarifications regarding technique and materials to be used. It is too early to assess the durability of the work, but so far, no issues.

Got an estimate around 8;30 AM, thought about it for a while and called Alloy Gutter, told them to go ahead with the job. The lady asked if I would like the job done today. I said yes. She said she would get back with me. A little while later she said they would be there between 2 and 4. Jon and Josh showed up a little after 2PM .They did the work as described in the box above. These young men are really good representatives for Alloy Gutter Co. I would use Alloy in the future and request Jon and Josh. They were very thorough and cleaned up all the scrap. I'm extremely pleased with the job they did and can't wait for it to rain.

A 3 men crew came right on time and got to work immediately. The total work lasted about an hour. Cleaned up after themselves and answered all my post-repair questions.

The job was well done all in one day with no problems with the instalation. No mess afterwards. Competitively priced compared to other contractors. Would hire again and recommend without reservation. Thanks Alloy!
