Description of Work: I needed a deicing cable installed on my roof to prevent ice and water damage this coming Winter. I gave Doug the materials I had bought at a home improvement store, and we discussed how the job was to be done. I had my ideas and when I heard Doug's suggestions it was apparent that he knew what he was doing. We had to leave and when we returned three hours later, the job was done exactly how I would have done it, had I been willing and able to work on the ladder and on the roof.
