I had them come out to my house to give me a price to fix my steps done that are done with patio blocks. The large blocks that make up the walls and the steps are starting to disintegrate. Plus a few that are in good shape have come loose and needed to be re-glued. When they came out they said that if I flipped the block like I suggested the other side has had glue on it so it would be stained. He said my particular block is no longer made and an different height that standard blocks now. I would have to redo everything. What I'm unhappy about is that they didn't suggest using one of the other blocks that ring my landscaping as a replacement for the pitted ones or about fixing the loose steps. They had done some paver maintenance for me a few years before which I was relatively happy with even though they told me that my back patio should be level so I let them redo one portion of it to be level. When done I had trouble opening my gate all the way because they raised the level of ground to meet the new level of the patio blocks. They did do a good job on leveling the blocks that had started sinking for loss of sand in a few other areas and fixed an area where a tree root was causing problems. As far as using them again, I said yes but I'm not sure, I just didn't want to say no.

Initially, there was a month or so delay before they finally came out to do the job. Then we had to contact them again in May (four times) to get them to come out because one of the outside edge stones was rocking. That they fixed. Then in August '11 we started contacting them again because of the unsymetrical pattern of the inner portion of the porch. And, after numerous calls to get them to straighten out what they had done, they say we should be satisfied.

Obtained two other estimates and called back within two weeks to have them come out to finalize the project. Played phone tag with estimator and he stated he would call when in our area the next week. Never heard from him again. They lost a $2,500 job.

Everything was satisfactory; they did very good work!

From the moment the gentleman came to give us an estimate I felt that this was a very professional company. He was very polite, responsive to our needs, walked us through the process that would be needed to do the job necessary and then left us a typed estimate of the entire cost, which he broke down into segments in case we only wanted to do a small amount of the job at a time. The job was started when we were told it would be. The company followed up after the job was performed to see if we were satisfied. We had a few questions and made a phone call to the company with a very quick response by phone. This is a very professional company; something you don't see much any longer. They really care about their customers and are eager to please them from start to finish. Jason, who is the gentleman we dealt with from beginning to end, was a pleasure to work with. He followed up on every one of our calls immediately. The job was more than satisfactory and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Top notch job.....Would definitely recommend them for any type of paver work.

I got an estimate on 6/2 and was told it would be approximatley 3 to 4 weeks before the work could be done. On 6/6 they called and said there was a cancellation and they could be out on Monday, 6/8. The patio was cleaned on Monday and sealed on Tuesday. When the patio was pressure washed they swept up and took away the moss and debris that was washed out of the paver joints. While they were washing the patio they took care not to damage the flowers and plants adjoining the patio.
