Description of Work: I would definitely use Mac Electric again. They were on time and did a great job.

Description of Work: Contacted Mac Electric to install a ceiling fan. Found it very difficult to schedule anything, since the phone was often not answered and it appeared they were short staffed. I was assured that they would be able to perform the services, even though we were getting close to the expiration of the coupon. Once I finally was able to schedule something, the company was out of business and the new company was not honoring the coupons. I was advised to contact Angie's List for a refund. Thanks,

Description of Work: Terry and Tom arrived ten minutes early, took a couple of 15-20 minute breaks and finished thirty minutes early. The work looks beautiful, and the wires were installed very neatly. Now I have to clean my basement to match the cleanliness and neatness of my new 30 circuit panel. Terry and Tom installed a new riser, electrical cable entering the house, new canister for an electrical meter,relocated a 30 circuit 100 amp panel, ground rods, and ample wire at water meter. Terry was very gentle and kind, and did not make any untoward comments about the condition of the basement (the house was abandoned for 8 years)!! Also, a huge thanks goes to Debbie!!! She gave an expeditious estimate when it was around 40 degrees. I waited approximately five-six weeks before I contracted for Macson to complete the job because it was too cold for me!! The day of the job it was still too cold for me (53 degrees), but the weather didn't seem to bother Terry, and especially Tom because he came out of his coat around 2:00 P.M. They did a beautiful job, and Debbie, the matriarch/master electrician of the Macson clan knows her stuff. She reminds me of J.R. Ewing's mother, Miss Ellie.

Description of Work: Mac came out promptly and walked down the job. I received a quote over the phone and immediately was able to schedule the job. Two man crew arrived early to install a dedicated circuit in my garage for a chest freezer. Installation went very well. Price was fair. Crew cleaned up after themselves. I am thoroughly satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: happy with job at time.. when we had inside windows cleaned almost year later found large wall crack . Appeared drilling on outside wall had caused. Since it was so long till we found it ,we felt we could not expect company to believe their work had caused it,so we do not know how they would have handled it.

Description of Work: They are working on installing a light fixture in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we made a mistake of purchasing the light fixture online. The product was defected and had to be returned twice. We are in the process of ordering another one from a local store. Will update you when the work is completed. Mac team was superb in terms of accomodating our request and advising us about this product.

Description of Work: Was able to find the problem and correct it in a reasonable amount of time and had time left over to check out and correct a few other issues. Remember when you purchase a $99.00 electrical service, you can not ask them to rewire your house.

Description of Work: Lee was very helpfull and insightful saw things we did not see, nor the home inspector we had used. Did the work correctly the first time except for one small piece which he was prompt in returning to do once we noticed it.

Description of Work: Mac electric put a outside electrical outlet on my house. The gentleman that came to do the work was very polite and did the job quickly and neatly. He also answered several questions I had about doing some other electric jobs I have been thinking about having done. I would recommend them.
