Macson Electric LLC

I had an exceptionally positive experience using Macson Electric who was sent by Aladdin Heating & Cooling to bring the electric components of my new furnace and AC up to code. I was quite concerned that they might have to tear up my newly painted basement ceiling to complete the work, but I was very pleased that they were able to utilize an existing spare dedicated circuit which saved me the cost of drywall repair and paint. Stephen was the journeyman electrician who completed the work and I found him to be punctual, friendly, considerate and highly skilled. He followed all COVID-19 recommendations and he did a nice job of protecting my floors and cleaning up after the work was done. Finally, he explained everything to me in a way that I could undertsand it. It was a pleasure working with Macson Electric and I'll be calling them first for any future electrical needs. I highly recommended Macson Electric.

I really enjoyed my experience in working with MACSON. They were referred to me by the HVAC company that installed the AC, furnace, and hot water heater. They were punctual, professional, and extremely helpful while on the job. They explained everything to me and were very tidy in cleaning up everything upon leaving. I would definitely hire them again and was happy to make their acquaintance.

When I opened my pool for the season, I noticed that the circuit breaker to my pool shed kept tripping at random times. It prevented me from running the pump and the heater. I needed to find a good electrician who could diagnose and fix the problem—quick. Macson was able to send someone out in a timely manner. The receptionist was polite and very straightforward about their scheduling and billing. Bobby and Xavier did an excellent job. It turns out that an old pool light that the previous homeowners assured me had been disconnected hadn't been *properly* disconnected, causing a short that was tripping the breaker. They fixed the issue and replaced an older, non-weatherproof GFCI in the shed that was causing issues. They took a look at the rest of the pool shed wiring and made sure everything was working as intended. They were friendly and professional, and the price was reasonable for the job they had to do.

Terry responded to our call right away, gave us pricing and approximate time of arrival. Bobby arrived as schedule, knew what problem was right away. Work completed very quickly. We inquired about some outdoor electrical work and he described what we would need to be done. Will schedule work in early spring. Really a pleasure to work with these fine folks. Looking forward to Bobbys return in spring.

Was fixed quickly and also replaced some missing circuit breaker panel cover screws

It was excellent. They knew what they are doing and I am satisfied with the work they provided.

Fixed kitchen light but said outdoor flood lights just needed new sockets. I replaced both socket but only one works. Saved money but didn't completely fix the problems.

Called Macson for emergency help, and Mary called back within minutes. Mary arrange for John to come over. John arrived earlier than expected, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Many many thanks to John, Mary and Macson Electric, you saved the day (and night) for us!!!

The job went great. John came out to the house and did all the troubleshooting and found the problem. He was very courteous. He wore the boot covers in the house to make sure he didn't get anything on the floor, although we were in the process of cleaning the house after a remodel.

We did have a problem with the light in out laundry that wasn’t going on and he took care of that very promptly. We always call on him. I think the gentleman that we most often use is Mike. They just take good care of us!

They helped us troubleshoot a major wiring failure in our house. After getting multiple quotes where they wanted to rewire a portion of our house, Macson said they didn't think that would be necessary. They saved us thousands of dollars. They found the problem in about 90 minutes. Because we were so happy with their work we decided to create a wishlist of electrical projects which we contracted with them to complete. Very satisfied with their work. When they said they would start at a certain time, they arrived on time with no breakdown in communication. That is a sign of a well run company.

The work was done very well. The electrician had to crawl up into the attic to attach the wiring. He did the work quickly so there wouldn't be an additional cost for his time.

My first step was talking with Mary in Macson's office to get discuss my needs, get a quote and set up a service call. She was warm and very helpful. Mary reminded me about the Angie's list coupon and I was very grateful for the percentage off of the bill. The electrician Joe was prompt, friendly, informative and extremely hard working. He ended up being at the house for for a number of hours and was very thorough and clean in every project he tackled. I am so impressed with this company, would use them again, and highly recommend them!

Bobbie was fantastic. Very polite. Prompt. Explained everything well. He solved several issues that other electricians were unable to fix. Very happy.

I contacted Macson Electric on Monday and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. I received a call from the technician Bobby 15 min before arrival to let me know he was on time. Bobby was very knowledgeable and understanding of the fact that there were other members of the house still sleeping. The job took less then an hour to finish. I will definitely be contacting Macson Electric for my future electrical jobs.

Bobby was fantastic. He called ahead of time to let me know when he'd be arriving. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and got right to work, explaining to me what he was doing, and the logic behind it. He cleaned up as he went, and I was left with zero mess to clean up after things wrapped up. We'll absolutely use Macson Electric (and Bobby) again in the future.

This was a pretty straight forward job but the technician was great and he even taped up the dryer vent saving me some work.

The electrician, Bobby, arrived on time. He was polite and professional. Bobby was obviously very skilled, worked quickly and completed the job (due to his high skill level) much quicker than I would have expected. As directed when I made the appointment, I purchased the 5 light fixtures (and a light sensor) to be installed. Bobby did the removal and installation. I was very pleased with the work Bobby did! The new lights look and work great!
