I've been extremely pleased with them both times. Their service people are punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. They go the extra mile for the customer and are completely professional. I've just ordered another deal from them for installation of an outdoor outlet. I look forward to working with them again.

We were very pleased with their services. They are very well known around the city of Troy and they lived up to their reputation.

Never called me. Assumed maybe they didn't want to come the distance (they're in Warren, MI and we're in Livonia, MI.

They were very professional and it was a fine experience, but we got a better quote.

When I made the appointment it was on a Thursday and they could not come so they came in only a Monday after the following week. They said that they would be here at 8 o’clock so by 8:15 when they had not arrived I called and they got here 15 minutes later. I was having two hours of electrical and I had a list of things that I wanted to ask him including the fans. It was the Easter weekend I don’t know whether the guy was having a bad day. The woman he was dating broke up with him over the weekend and while he was here she texted him and said that she was going to her boy friend. I don’t know how that ended the play. He did a nice job putting the fans together because it works. He was kind of sourly and at one point to put the ceiling fan he was standing on my bed without any drop cloth or anything. He said that he had forgotten his drop cloth and he guaranteed that the bottom of his shoes was clean but I was not happy with that at all. I even got him a drop cloth and told him to take it with him. He just installed two ceiling fans for $99 and when I asked him about some other things he excused himself out of the job saying that it would probably take longer. He did talk to me about the quality of the fans but I could feel that he might be having a rough time seeing at his recent love life. He did not cleanup after he finished with the job. He just put in the two fans did a nice job of that but left the boxes in the hall and I had to put them in the garbage. Generally when people do that kind of work they take the boxes along with them. He was not responsive; he did not call to say that he was delayed. I will not use him in the future.

He did a great job. Since there is no access to the ceiling from above we were told up front that they may have to cut some additional holes in the ceiling to be able to wire the lights. However, he was able to install all six recessed lights in our kitchen without having to cut any additional holes in the ceiling.

It was a great experience. The worker was on time, did an outstnding job, cleaned up after. He answered all the questions I had and showed me exactly what he had done.

They were almost two hours late again and again with no phone call. (This happened when we had the outdoor electrical boxes installed too.) But once they were here they were in and out in an hour. However, they only moved the light switches down and TOOK OUT my electrical outlet, which I needed. I was very disapointed in that, but I had someone else wait for the electrician and wasn't home myself, (I had to go to work), and NOBODY bothered to read what I wrote that I needed done. On the bright side, I wasn't charged anything extra, but I can't afford to have another electrician come out and install another outlet. I'm just going to have to do without and run more extention cords.

Rob arrived on time, was very professional, extremely knowledgable, with good communication skills. He checked out the missmesh electrical system installed by the previous home owner in the garage and had to rewire multi switch, light switch. He disconnected and removed unattatched live wire from hanging cabinet and left the garage electrically in "like new" condition. The overall experience was much better that I had even hoped for and I will definately use Mac Electric on future electrical needs.

Nick the electrician from Mac Electric called prior to getting to my home and told us he was running a little behind, but he was on the way. He arrived and quickly reviewed our electrical concerns and was very professional and made us feel very at ease. He addressed our concerns. I would use MAC Electric again.

They did excellent work! The technicians were incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. They were respectful and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I thought their price was reasonable. I’m really happy with the job that was done, and I feel secure knowing that the electrical work was done right.

Unfortunately the serviceman was sick on the day on the original install date. The company informed us very promptly and rescheduled the install for the next day. The serviceman was very punctual. His work was done quickly and left the workspace clean.

When they arrived, they explained that I needed to pick a location that had an indoor electric plug on the other side, that they could tap into. Once we identified a spot I was happy with, they quickly and neatly did the work. I couldn't be happier.

It was very easy to schedule appointment. They showed up when they were scheduled and got to work right away. The only breaks they took were during lunch. They answered all my questions quickly and with certainty. They know what they are doing. No guesswork. They even did some extra work at no charge.

They were awesome. They cleaned up their mess. They did a great job and I have no complaints.

Lost power in half my house on a Tuesday. Called and left a message after hours and someone got back to me almost immediately. She made some suggestions which my son-in-law tried without sucess. I decided to wait until the next morning to have someone come out. Both refrigeraters were out and a service man came out the next morning; found the problem with the main circuit breaker and had it fixed right away. I then chose to have him do a complete home inspection for my piece of mind and got an estimate on some issues I wanted taken care of. There was absolutely no pressure involved from the company. I would call them again if the need comes upl.

Young person showed up, but with no tools on truck. Luckily, I have tools and let him use mine. But I consider that to be unprofessional - sorry, no excuse for showing up unprepared. Had problems fitting device on side of box, but finally got it attached on the bottom. It's a 3" black cube attached to two terminals. Based on simplicity, it does not seem like it should cost that much, even at the discounted rate, but if it does its job, I'm happy.

I just filled out a different form with the same information. Good work. Good conversation. Answered questions.

They were good, I was happy with them.

I bought a Big Deal for an outdoor electrical box. Nick came by promptly as scheduled, but when I told him what was going on with the current outlets, he informed me that adding another to the existing system was not the right solution. I so appreciated his honesty. I will call them the next time I need service.

They were very good they came out on time and fixed the problems for me. The customer service was good. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work that they did and will use them again in the future.

Nick, the electrician, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. I did have to call him back for minor adjustments. He was very apologetic and the pricing was competitive!

Debbie and her electrical crew are the best contracted company we have ever dealt with\. We have an awning on the rear of our home that had to come down prior to the electric job being completed. So the crew had to be rescheduled for the following week The awning company was terrible to deal with. He wanted to charge to remove and reset the awning. He really did not want to comply. Debbie ( owner of Mac) became our advocate and contacted the owner of the awning co . She pointed out their installation error and the possible result of our home becoming electrocuted as a result. She got them to act and remove the awning so the electric could be completed. The crew was prompt, efficient, and very courteous. We are so pleased. We have referred them to anyone who needs any electric work done. While the crew was here, the inspector from our city just happend to be driving by and asked them some questions. The electrician said the inspector was impressed with their knowledge and what they were doing- He asked for their business card. The inspector told them that he had "kicked out another electric company" from the city and was looking for a good company to have for commercial work.

The service tech Rob Branton showed up punctually at the scheduled time. He called in advance to make sure I was home. He laid a clean tarp down to protect my carpet as well as covering his shoes. We do not wear shoes in our house. I will never hire anyone that will not remove or cover their shoes. He wasted no time in hanging the fan. There was no damage to the fan or walls. Once installed, there was no vibration on the fan. The quoted estimate was the price paid. I am very satisfied.
