They called right at the beginning of their service window to let me know when to expect them, which was awesome! They showed up when they said they would. They fixed several outdoor outlets for me, however some of the items I needed repaired were beyond what they could do that day & within the scope of the coupon I purchased.I was told I would receive a quote for the additional items that I wanted repaired, however over 30 days later I still don't have one. I guess they don't want the rest of business.I will be trying a different electrical contractor for my outstanding repairs!

The company gave me a 30 minute time window when the electrician would arrive...I thought the time window was above reasonable. The electrician was very kind, spoke with respect, and kept me informed of the progress through the job. I was very pleased with the service and I will likely call upon Mac Electric in the future.

I purchased a coupon for an external electrical box installation and scheduled the appointment within the week following the purchase. The installer was courteous, timely, and completed the work without any issues. Due to the age/architecture of my home, I did not have an internal outlet that could be readily connected/matched to the external electrical box. The Electrician worked with me to discover an alternate, unused and safe power source that would be linked to the external electrical box. The end result is a professional looking external electrical box that is stable and has worked without any problems or issues. The Electrician was friendly, answered my questions, cleaned up after himself and made sure I was was satisfied with the installation. I will use and recommend this company again.

The office kept in touch and the workers were fast. They cleaned up after themselves. I liked that they explained exactly what was being done. We are very satisfied with the whole job.

Used their coupon on Angie's List. A man from MAC showed up a little, but called first. Showed him what needed to be done and he got right to it. Installed a large ceiling can, moved a light in the basement (required creating a new hole in drywall), and replaced a light in the shower.He did a great job, cleaned up very well when finished, and worked fast. I will be using MAC again for sure

Meh. I got the 2 hour for $100 deal and wouldn't get it again. It took three weeks to get an appointment and was on their cancellation list, but apparently there weren't cancellations or it was too much of a hassle to squeeze me in earlier. The tech spent lots of time going back and forth to his car and after 1.5 hours and mid-job he told me my time was up. I felt weird correcting him and he insisted I was wrong but would go out to his truck again to tell me the real time he arrived which he later agreed was the time I stated. He ended up hooking up a stove and moving a lighting fixture a foot and a half in the celing in the hour and 40 minutes he was there. He said he couldn't do another job in the remaining time so I just didn't get anything done. He was polite and cleaned up after himself but I don't think it was a good deal at all.

The Vice President cam out. Very unprofessional. Could not give me price right then. Said he would call me the next day. It has been two week and I still have not heard from him. Would recommend you DO NOT call them.

After purchasing an angie list special deal. I called and set up an appointment. They arrived changed my doorbell and moved my dinning room chandelier to another location. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They made it to my favorites list!

I think the price for the information gained was worth it. I also received an estimate for every suggestion that Debby made.

See above! Replaced 2 new fixtures that I had purchased. Instructed me in replacing the bulbs. Was very curteous; finished job in about one and a half hours. Cleaned up and took the old fixtures with him for disposal.Was very satisfied with the entire experience!Catherine M. Baldy

Two workmen completed the job in approximately 1/2 hour. Arrival was punctual. Price was good.

Jason, the owner was the one who came out to our home after first contacting Macson. He provided a detailed estimate and walked me through the entire process. He was professional, provided great information and didn't try to sell me on something that I didn't need. When it was time for the work to be completed, his employee was on time and did an amazing job. They also didn't mind the fact that we have to very friendly dogs and were able to work around them. I would definitely use them again in the future and plan on doing so for our next project.

Excellent experience with Mac Electric using the $99 Angie's List special for up to 2 hours of professional, licensed labor. Nick called when he was approximately 45 minutes from my house to let me know he was coming. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He restored power to several light switches for us. I would recommend Mac Electric to friends and family, and I would call them again.

called to have someone come out and look at an electrical problem in my garage, Debbie from Mac Electric spent over 20 minutes on the phone with my husband and I to try and resolve the problem so that a service call wouldn't be needed. I commend her patience with both of us. In the end it was just a tripped breaker in the basement of our home - no service call was needed.I have told everyone and will continue to recommend them. If I have an already told multiple people about the service I received and have given their name out.I hope that I do not need an electrician in the future, but if so, I would definintely call Mac Electric

Nick from Mac Electric called when he was on his way, right within the scheduled time frame. He was polite efficient and punctual. He cut two outside lines for us. He was at our house for approx. 30 minutes. The cost was $75. Well worth it for something we couldn't do ourselves. I will definately call/ use Mac electric again inthe future.

The entire process was a piece of cake, from purchasing the coupon, to scheduling the installation, to the work actually being performed - which was scheduled for only 2 business days out on the following Monday. Additionally, Mac's co-owner explained the current fire code requirements with respect to the ideal # and location of detectors for my size of house; as it turned out, what was included in the coupon offer was exactly what I needed, given that I already had 2 smoke detectors. This helped instill a degree of confidence & trust in Mac, since I was convinced they weren't feeding me a line and trying to push more detectors than what was needed on me. Ironically, the day before the scheduled date of the installation, 1 of the 2 existing detectors I had somehow came loose and fell from its mounting above the basement stairs, basically shattering on impact. Since it was a Sunday, and my installation was to be the 1st job the following morning, I wasn't able to notify Mac of the need for an additional smoke detector. However, the Mac technician - who showed up precisely on time - told me he carried several extras, and just installed a replacement device for the recently-destroyed one as part of the job. Had he not done this, I would have still given him the same high marks for professionalism, courtesy, and ability; his subsequent action only further enhanced what was already a very positive customer service experience for me.

I've used their services several times now, using Angie's List specials that I've purchased. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Everything was done in a very professional way with the electrician cleaning up before he left. Very good experience.
