I was very happy with the services provided. They arrived on time and were friendly. It took approximately an hour to complete the installation and which point they cleaned up everything and made sure I knew how to work both fans.

overall I was pleased (much more useful plug location. But he chipped the tile at the new location but I was glad he told me about it (no big deal)

They did a great job! Fixed everything as required quickly and efficiently. Great experience!

the person arrived and gave me the inspection in november and then sent me an email with info and prices for all of the changes we talked about and then the guys showed up on the day of work and did the work and left, all is well

Eventually, post lights were fixed and are working well.

He didn't just fix the receptacle, he put it in the right way. He noticed that the box needed to be connected to a piece of wood versus the wall board. It is staying where it should be. I would call him back in the future.

Arrived on time, having called in advance to advise on the way. Took the time to look at all options prior to starting the job and advised which would best meet my needs and expectatons. Very positive experience and would use MAC Electric

When the technician showed up (on time) and I showed him what I wanted to have done, it was clear that I was not realistic in my expectations. Typical layperson, I thought it would be very simple, but it was much more complex. So the owner actually came to look at my job. They did not treat me like I was stupid and were very respectful. They helped me understand what all was involved and worked with me on a workaround that was very much to my satisfaciton.

I was very pleased with the work. Nick worked so quickly that I had to keep adding additional tasks in order to get a full two hours of work! I will use Mac Electric again.

They were very good. They were unable to install the ceiling fan as they actually had to install a box in the ceiling which I was informed of in advance. They were upfront from the beginning that they might have to install a new box before fan. The price was reasonable.

They installed numerous light fixtures for us. They completed the work fast and efficiently. They showed up when they said they would.

Since I didn't know how many tasks could be performed with the 2 hours of service I purchased, I prepared a list of projects. When the electrician arrived, he reviewed the list, and told me what could be done. One of the projects was to replace a malfunctioning dimmer light switch. The electrician informed me that I needed a more powerful switch than the one I had purchased. Another project was to replace my garage light fixtures. The electrician informed me that he would need more tools to complete that project, and would therefore need to come back another day. We scheduled a follow up visit, and the electrician did an excellent job of replacing the garage light fixtures, but he did not replace the dimmer switch. I had purchased a more powerful dimmer switch, but I was not home when the electrician came back. My wife informed me that the garage lights took awhile to replace and probably used up the two hours of service.

The office staff was very helpful in scheduling the appointment. I purchased a certificate for 3 hours work and was very pleased all the work I needed done was completed in that time. The electrician was very hard working and efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and was quite helpful when I had questions. Work was done exactly as I had requested and even my husband was impressed. We are very pleased and plan to use this company when we finish wire our basement.

Pretty smooth. My only complaint is that there was a little more damage around the new box (via the removal of the old box) that was still visible after everything was done.

Did excellent work. Arrived promptly, cleaned up after.

It went as I hoped it would. They took the old units out and installed new fixtures as agreed upon. A+++++

mac, came out and looked at my situation. Then called back within a few days to give me an estimate. Nick (who did the actual work) along with a assistant came at the expected time. They went right to work. The power had to be shut off for awhile,about as long as they estimated(I was concerned about heat and my fridge). It was a cold day and I have electric heat. They worked quickly and were almost done. Then I notice my alarm clock wasn't working. I mentioned this to nick. He checked the fuse box one more time. He said I think I found the problem,check your clock again. I did and everything appeared to be working fine. Nick was great. Soon, everything finished and they left. The assistant even vacuumed my entry way to clean up the mess before they left. I really appreciated that. They were very nice, even though it was hard for them to be heard at times with my dogs barking in the background.They were patient,which is very important when dealing with people. Nick was punctual and professional. He brought drop cloths and cleaned everything up afterwards.I was very pleased with his work.

They installed the light package and they showed me the light worked, but after they left the fan wouldn't work. I tried calling them several times but they haven't returned my calls. We ended up repairing it ourselves, as a result of them not responding to our calls.

Mac came to my house on time. He walked around the entire house inside and out, asking questions and mentioning things that needed to be updated, replaced, etc. I felt that he was quite thorough. However, he seemed distracted and even mildly irritated. He definitely didn't like me asking questions. He said that he would email me a quote on the work. He didn't want to talk price at that time. That was OK with me. When I got the email, there were several things missing that had been considered to be important items needing to be done and the total price was very unclear to me. I called up and talked to him. After our phone conversation, I did not feel any more elucidated about the price than before. He seemd unfocused and rambling and would not give me a total price for the items I wanted done. The prices I was given seemed very reasonable. However, I was frustrated about all the vagueness and decided to go elsewhere. The company I got next was more expensive, but gave me definite prices and seemed more organized.

I called Mac Electric and spoke with Sara, the office manager, who was very pleasant. I indicated an approximate date needed for the recessed lights and she indicated that Nick would come to my home to look over the project. Nick called to set up a mutually agreeable time for him to look over the project. Nick was extremely prompt,very pleasant and professional and made a couple of suggestions whereupon we set a date. When he returned on Nov. 10, he again was extremely prompt, again calling prior to the appointment to indicate he would be at my home at the agreed upon time - very punctual. It is truly a pleasure watching a professional who really knows his business. He was neat and clean with the project, had everything necessary for this particular job right there, ready to go. I am amazed how efficiently and with little mess (which he cleaned up what little there was) that this project was completed. It is perfect! In the future, I will have definitely call Mac Electric and ask for Nick. What a great representative he is to Mac Electric! You won't be sorry you hired them!

Overall great service. Initially there was a delay due to a high ceiling in a tight space for one of my lights that required a special ladder. This took a while, but once obtained, they come out and did a very professional job, with no mess left behind. Would gladly use them again.

They arrived within the time frame given and installed the box on the side of the house. Because we have stone on the front of our house, they advised that if they put the box on the front of the house, it could damage the stone. The job was done neatly and everything appears to be working properly.
