Description of Work: Service suck, only have people that can't speak English. Can't understand them . Cost keep going up. Started out at $129. a month now up to $210 and not getting any more service.

Description of Work: I've had comcast for sometime. There internet speed is about as good as you can do around here. Still, the company tries to over sell and miss leads on cost and performance. I had to fuss with modem to get roku to work. Their modem doesn't play well with other routers. Speeds are usually less than promise. Service is poor... Only reason to stay with them is to have vs streaming multiple movies at once. Once google or the faster verizon is available in my area, I'm gone.

Description of Work: Nothing - that was the problem. I was scheduled for a technician in a week. No internet for a week!

Description of Work: We only ever had to have them come out for start up services. They were extremely professional and experienced and we felt as if they were willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was answering our questions or working around our schedules, they were easy to work with! If we hadn't moved out of their service area, we would still be using Comcast!
