Excellent!!! Very efficient, on time and the floors look beautiful at a very reasonable price. Beyond my expectations!

Wilson's was very responsive, phoning in less than a day to discuss the job, provide an estimate and discuss our special requirements. The company's owner, Mr. Jeff Wilson discussed the job with us on several occasions, including the history of the floor's installation and what products had been used on it to date. We then discussed price and he quoted us a very reasonable price for the job of 50 cents per square foot. However, we requested that they use a new Bona finish, called "naturale" and he phoned back to say that he would have to increase the price because the finish was very expensive. We said this was fine and to order the finish. Four company employees showed up on time, completed the job in an afternoon, left us a gallon of the unused naturale finish and did a really beautiful job. They were courteous, informed, professional, left the place clean, vacuumed up all the dust created by the final sanding and we are delighted with the results. Highly recommended!

I chose Wilson's after reading the other reviews here on the website. I was a little nervous when I heard they did not do estimates and completed the whole job in under 3 hours. However, I trusted the other users and I was delighted with the job they did. I had originally been quoted a two week wait to get the work done but they had a cancellation and they were able to do the job sooner. Jeff Wilson brings a crew of 4-5 people out to the site. They get on the job right away and do not stop until they are finished. Jeff does a great job of explaining what is involved and what to expect. He also offered me a 10% discount if I paid in cash. Because Jeff has so little overhead he is able to offer you competitive pricing and a quality job. I would recommend Wilson's to all of my friends and neighbors!

"Eric" the carpenter was not available, until a month later to finish the moldings and he never came out for an estimate. We are still in the process of cutting, mitering and doing it ourselves. I would rather have spent $1-2 dollars more per square foot, to have everything done at once. I am surprised that Wilson's was rated highly, by so many people on Angie's List. Very nice website, good voice mail response. Scheduled service dates of May 2 and 3 over the phone. He values efficiency and speed over excellence and quality. The crew "cut corners" because they were in such a rush. Neglected some areas, scratched closet doors. I feel cheated out of 1 coat of stain, which I believe would have extended the life of the floor. He glossed over the reason. I felt pressured. Get in writing exactly how many coats will be applied and what products will be used. Ask how many hours it will take to finish the job. I felt cheated because of disregard.

They were very prompt. The owner returns all calls at night as he works out of his home.

They showed up early, as their first appointment canceled. They called to ensure that it was okay to do that. Mr. Wilson, walked in and introduced himself, and his troops came in right behind him with all their equipment. He reviewed the job and went to work within about three minutes. Minimal dust due to the equipment he uses. He was gone in about two hours, with promises to be at my house at 7:00 a.m. to put the second coat on so I could go to work. He kept that promise, and was out in 30 minutes. This was the first time I hired a contractor based on telephone responsiveness and Angie's List. I would highly recommend them and told Jeff I would be happy to be a personal reference when needed.

Jeff and his crew spent just over an hour working on my floor and produced a spectacular wood finish. Everything about the experience was professional. They were eager to do the job. A large vacuum was used to contain any residue from the sanding. There was almost no clean-up to do after they left. Jeff left an instruction sheet for maintaining the floors and a bottle of cleaner.

Jeff quoted a price over the phone. The work was done on time and in a professional manner. The floors look great. The crew was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

The owner works with his assistants. They conduct themselves professionally and are very efficient in their work. The floors turned out great.

Though John did not have time to come out to do an estimate, he gave an over-the-phone estimate that was quite a bit below the two other places we got estimates from ($300 for stairs plus $2.00 per square foot for the rest). He and his crew did a good job and worked efficiently. The floors look great. John uses two coats of finisher so it does not look super shiny (that's not what we wanted anyway). He also uses a dustless system so there was very little we had to do to get rid of dust afterwards (just a quick wipe of the baseboards and window sills). My only complaint is that they left a bunch of trash near our trash cans, some of which leaked a nasty looking liquid onto the driveway. After a few heavy rains it was gone, though.

The owner does his own work and is very delightful. Very courteous and detailed. My floors turned out beautiful - great condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jeff Wilson, company owner, came over to give me an estimate; it was very reasonable. Jeff was here with his work team both days the work was done. The floors are just beautiful, I wish I'd them done much earlier! I highly recommend this company.

This company is friendly, competant and efficient. The resulting work was good, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend and will use again.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING MY WOOD FLOORS. THEY DIDN'T TAKE TOO LONG INSTALLING THEM EITHER. I AM GOING TO HAVE SOME MORE FLOORS INSTALLED and I WILL HAVE THEM DO IT.
