Description of Work: They were doing the corrections in a house we were bringing up to city code before selling. They were very professional in setting an appointment to get the work done, prompt in arrival and got the job done. We had them out a second time to repair a leaky water heater.

Description of Work: I suffered a major plumbing issue with the waste water run off leaving my older 1926 home, collapse of trap and disintegration of the original exit lines. Basement floor needed to be dug up and excavated and replumbed. Was a giant mess and huge inconvenience with no plumbing for days, but they started as fast as they could and had it tied up in no time including a pretty good clean up considering the huge mess it made. They were professional and timely and totally great, but they always are that is why Gill has been my goto professionals for years ! They take care of both me and other family members ! Fast, professional, good at what they do, and very trust worthy, with Gill you get what you pay for, and nothing worth getting is usually free, fairly priced

Description of Work: Our water heater experienced a major burst on Saturday afternoon. We called Gill Plumbing and Heating as it was the closest service provider. Although closed for the weekend, I received a call immediately from Jim who said that he would call Monday morning. First thing Monday morning Jim called to say he would be out later that afternoon to install a new water heater. Despite the driving rain (we would receive over 6 inches of rain that day), Jim and LeShaun(sic) arrived promptly, removed the old water heater and installed a new water heater in just a few hours. We were very happy with the professionalism and experience of Jim and LeShaun. I asked for a quote on our aging heating and AC system and look forward to working with Gill Plumbing and Heating in the future.

Description of Work: This provider tested my Sprinkler backflow preventor. They showed up on time and were very professional.

Description of Work: Initially I called to try and get input on a problem. A guy came out and looked at the situation. He told me that he would get me a bid. Two weeks went by. I called again. A secretary answered the phone. She apologized and told me that she would have the plumber give me a call. A week went by and I didn’t hear. This happened twice. I gave up and went with another plumber.
