Justin does not seem to have worked with salt pools on a regular basis. Additionally, he left the pool going with the main drain open and said to change it once it was filled to go through the skimmer. I did that and there was no flow. I repeatedly texted with Justin and did everything he suggested with no success. He says he is not able to come back at this time because he is busy.. I am going to have to hire someone else since my pool is not running. He seems to be a nice person, but has not responded as I would expect a professional who has been paid in full to respond.

He was good for the first meet closing my pool last year. When I had him open it his work was not 100% and he will not return phone calls to fix what he did. I have tried several times to get him to change some pool plumbing over and his secretary took the message wrong and again he will not return my call. I asked him two years for a price on putting up my slide like he said he would and I have never gotten a reply. He is great at the beginning but then he doesn't care. He feels he is better then his customer and his time is more important then theirs.

Justin was very good. He made sure that my pool opening went smooth. After the opening was done and the water was compelety filled up, I asked him to come and look at some valve which I did not understand and he came back to show me which valve was it. In the past I had people charging me service fee to return even when the opening wasn't complete. But Justin was very nice. and didn't charge extra. I am so glad I found him through service magic. Thank You.

Hill Pool Service did an outstanding job. About 15 minutes into the opening it began to downpour, but Justin and his team kept right on working. They were professional and gave great customer service. Thank you Justin I was able to enjoy my pool for the Holiday !

Justin was great. He had the job done within two days of calling him. He set a fair price. I called many places that just seemed too busy for me.

Being a first time inground pool owner, Justin took additional time to answer all my questions and also explained what the steps were to closing a pool. In addition he also gave me a price on a pool cover that was cheaper than what I had found on the web. I'll be seeing him next May to open the pool.

They came, they opened, they vacuumed the pool out. When they opened it, the water was not clear, but when they left, it was totally clear! I was surprised they left without payment. Other vendors did not leave until they were paid.

This contractor showed up within the designated time frame and conducted the service in a prompt, professional manner. The pricing was very competitive with the contractor I had previously used for my pool closing. Rather than open my pool by myself next season I am going to give them a try to see how their opening work is.

Hill Pool Service is fantastic. They closed and winterized my in-ground pool and hot tub in 45 minutes. The staff was polite, efficient, and capable. I was able to easily schedule Saturday service, pay by credit card, and receive exceptional work. This is the third pool contractor I've used and will be staying with them for years to come.
