Hill Pool Service

Highly recommend! I had a different contractor install a new liner, filled the inground pool and the next morning.... the pool was empty. The contactor; Scott [Provider Name Removed], never returned to finish the set up, never returned a call/text and blocked me. 12 companies refused to try to fix the mess Scott left. Justin was the only one willing to try and after no success he agreed to install a new liner without gouging me. In the end, he even told me to just pay what I could because of the nightmare situation Scott left. I paid him full price because he was absolutely amazing through the whole summer and earned every penny (and more to be honest). I didn't even list half the things Justin did to try to get the pool fixed before we ordered a new liner. Plus he fixed my filter that exploded after Scott failed to winterize it properly the season before!

Hill Pool Service has not only closed my pool for the past 15 years, they have made repairs as well. I was very happy with the pool renovations and equipment installation. Their prices are reasonable and the quality was outstanding. This pool service is reliable trustworthy and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a pool!

Did absolutely amazing once again! We needed a new pool liner for are pool! The bottom of the pool was cracking as well ( they fixed that as well! No complaints! We have had a pool for years (but our first in ground) and they have by far been the company to go above and beyond! Thanks again!

Update: Do not hire this company! They damaged my pool equipment! They changed parts on my pool equipment without telling me first or getting my permission!!! They damaged my equipment not just when they opened it but when they came back and walked onto my property without my permission (trespassed) and further damaged my equipment. They lied to me. There was no leak at the pressure gauge until they removed it without my permission, it was leaking a steady stream of water I could not service my pool because my water bill would have been thru the roof with the leak.

Ill never go anywhere else! Super honest.. and are willing to give tips to new pool owners(new to inground) made us feel super comfortable and will always go to them for all our pool needs!

With my husband suddenly hospitalized for a heart attack, opening the pool this season fell on my shoulders. I knew nothing, not even where the pump was in the garage. But these guys didn't make me feel like an idiot. They were very helpful and sympathetic to my situation.

Very good service, including cheerful willingness to answer phone-called questions after the service.

Justin and Anthony were on time, and went above and beyond to do my pool closing. I would recommend them.
