Description of Work: Ryan Hill is the owner and he is the guy that does all the work. I asked him to come and do some drywall repair & paint my bathroom. The quote he gave was crazy high! But we agreed on a price. He told me the job would be 3 days, it took longer. That wasn't a problem, him calling in after I took unpaid time off was the problem. He was also a very messy painter, he didn't cover anything and now there is paint all over my floor, new granite countertops, new sink, new faucet, the toilet, the light fixture and the tiles in my shower. Every day after he was done working he left a huge mess of drywall dust all over my floors in the hallway, kitchen ect, he said that he usually mops but had forgot his mop... He asked to use mine but I wash all my hardwood floors by hand. So everyday after he left I had to hand wash all my floors. He left a huge seem from drywall, down my hole bathroom wall, that was on the list of repairs. And last he told me he would come back to fix a few things but after I paid him he never came back, he won't answer my calls or texts.

Description of Work: I responded to an Angie's list offer from this company for 8 hours of wall paper removal. They performed the job extremely well. I was also impressed with the cleanup they did afterwards. I was so impressed with their work, I hired them to repair the wall and ceiling and paint the room. Again everything way done to perfection and I think the room was left cleaner than it was when they walked in. I have already gotten an estimate from them for another job which they will be doing for me next January. This is a family business. They were friendly, very pleasant and delightful to work with.

He is a hard worker and very meticulous in his work, he does not miss any detail. He fixed another area in my living room ceiling free of charge. He cleaned up and left no mess. I could not be happier. I will definitely be hiring him again. I wish all contractors were just as great.
Description of Work: We took out a closet to widen a door. He repaired wall and ceiling. Installed new pieces of dry wall and did the finishing work. It looks great.

He also cared about my time and availability and came out on a weekend just to accommodate my busy schedule. The finished work makes the room look new again and there is no sign of that okd leak damage.
Description of Work: Custom Property Services repaired the ceiling that had a large leak damaged area. Ceiling looks brand new after this service!

+ 1 moreRyan came and dismantled a large built-in TV stand in one bedroom then repaired the drywall in that bedroom plus another bedroom where the built in had already been removed. The drywall repair included repairing rounded corners rather than square corners so was more involved than the usual. He did an excellent job! Once primed and painted I'm positive no one will know those TV stands were ever there. Ryan carried all the wood and drywall he removed to the garage where he had it picked up and taken away. As soon as the job was completed they vacuumed and cleaned the work areas, leaving them as found, which was very much appreciated. Ryan and his brother are both hardworking and were very pleasant and respectful of my husband, myself and our home. I would definitely utilize their services in the future and would recommend Custom Property Services LLC to anyone that has a need they can fulfill.

He began the job the next day, showing up on time and beginning work immediately.. Ryan has a great work ethic, taking pride in his work paying attention to detail doing a good prep job to get quality results. He utilized drop cloths for the hardwood floors and carpet, cleaning up daily. He is customer focused asking about the results and followed up after the job the next day to make sure the completed job was satisfactory. It was refreshing to work with an honest contractor, and I would gladly use his services again should the need arise in the future.

We set up a meeting time, and he was very punctual, even sent an e-mail confirming our appointment. We set up a schedule for work to be done. At the last minute, I decided that I needed other services ASAP. He responded immediately and showed up within the hour. His work is exceptional. He even made a special trip to the hardware store for me. He is very trustworthy, and I will be using his services again in the near future.
