Ryan is very professional, arrived on time, and completed the job as quickly as possible allowing for drying time, etc. He takes great care to protect your home from dust. The finished ceiling looked better than it did before it was damaged. Very pleased with his work.

Upon request I gave Ryan Hill $500 to purchase 9 doors that he was to install as replacements in my home. The installments were to take place on October 30, 2018, and our agreement was that I would pay him $200 when the job was completed. To date, Mr. Hill has not shown up at my home with the doors. He contacted me twice in November 2018 to say he was having truck engine problems. I have not heard from him since. I've sent emails and asked to have my $500 returned, but he does not response. Mr. Hill is currently listed in your group as a contractor with Neto's Drywall & Plasters. His original listing of Custom Property Service is no longer listed. I am an 80 year old woman and if he does this to me, he could very well do the same to other customers. He has done other work for me and always did an excellent job which makes me regret providing this review. He appeared to be someone you'd want to work for you. I'm disappointed in this recommendation. Mr. Hill stole $500 from me.

Multiple elder care issues prevented preparation of house so work could be done before expiration date.

Started work. It dragged on and on. I also added a room to be painted. He started that room but hadn't completed the first room. They are nail pops and drips still needed to be fixed. The second room that was purchased with the deal has not been started. I had to go out of town in the middle of all this and job was on hold till I came back. He promised he'd be back. I called him and he was in the middle of another job. During the wait I through my back out and was in bed for 11 days, which I told him. He said call when I'm able. I called, texted repeatedly with no response. Finally I got a hold of him and he said he'd be at my house on Monday, August 13th. No show. I called both number and texted him. He has not gotten back to me.

The process took parts of two days, as the ladders brought originally were not long enough for the highest repair areas. Persistence however prevailed and I was pleased with the work completed.

They did a good job and got it done quickly. They were here on time. I would use them again.

The provider never contacted me to schedule and after I contacted them they told me they didn't have my contact info. Even though I knew that this was not true I provided my contact info to them. Still no scheduled appointment. I tried a dozen times, both through Angie's List and directly to schedule an appointment. No response ever. I would like Angie's List to contact me and refund my money please.

Awful doesn't explain this company. I scratched and clawed to get Ryan to call/text me back every time. He always had a lousy excuse. He showed up for the estimate late. When was supposed to come to perform the service, he simply no called and no showed. I took the day off work in order to be home. Obviously, I would never recommend working with this kid (max 22 years old) ever. I will be contacting the BBB and take legal action if necessary.

Terrible. Do not hire this person! I have spent months and months with emails and messages and no work done or scheduled. I have demanded my money back, no response. He will send you 1 message asking for pictures before he will even respond. Then he MIGHT call you on a day saying he can come then and only then. I have email strings and threads backing all this up. This guy is a crook.

Horrible ! My wife bought this deal for 2 guys doing 4 hours of wallpaper removal. I should have believed the bad reviews ! He never contacted us to schedule the work. I had to call him 3 weeks later.. Then Ryan would not come to my house to look at the job. He wanted me to take pictures and text it to him. So I did and then I had to call him back 7 days later find out if had looked at them and I had to beg him to set a day to do the work. So we set up a date on the upcoming Saturday. So Saturday came and I called him at 10 am when no one showed up. Ryan said that I must have fell off the schedule and I had to reschedule for the following Wednesday. When they did finally come out, they showed up to a wallpaper removal job without a wallpaper removal steamer. I had to loan them the one I owned. They spent 4 hours and got about a 6 foot wide by 8 foot tall wall completed. I ended up completing the job myself. It took me 5 hours to complete the other 3 dining room walls. After, when I tried to call him back to tell him I was not happy with the work. He never returned any of my calls. How does this company still have a A rating on Angie's list ?? I am losing total faith of the rating of these companies on Angies list !

It didn't go. After several attempts to reach the provider, a date was set up for wallpaper removal. That morning, he called to say his car broke down. I called to ask him to perform the service when his car was fixed. I got no answer.

Never was contacted after purchased deal. Ended up calling myself to discuss project and set up a time. Was asked to send a photo so a quote could be developed. Sent the picture as a text but never heard back. I followed up with another text and still didnt hear back so I called. Set up an appointment to get the work done, took a day off a work and he never showed up. I called and left a voicemail after several hours to see if we needed to reschedule but never heard back. Called Angie's customer service and asked for a refund. Would never use again. Very disrespectable to not even respond to texts or voicemails.
